I think MCX Spear is a direct port you can see at 16:04. As for RPD I agree the mod pack really needs some LMG. RPD from Nexus is still a good one, I use it myself
cool, but it really sounds like the full automatic firing sound is clearly going faster than the actual rpm, in terms of shell ejection or just shooting animation. Also noticing delay between end of shooting sound and animation. shooting sounds starts right in a cyclic fashion, with no prefire, sounds weird. Finally foley sounds are not properly synced. But this feature is also in tarkov lol. 7/10 can do better.

Fallout 3's Assault Rifle is just a H&K G3, and the Chinese Assault Rifle is a Type 93 which in turn is a derivative of the Chinese AK Platform. Fallout New Vegas is insane. It has the AR platform just straight up in the game, and the marksman rifles legit have picatinny rails (which didn't exist until 1995). The hunting revolvers in the game are Magnum Research BFR's. New Vegas is just littered with Cold War era firearms and it's honestly too many to list off.

What I am saying is that I don’t like how modders continuously make these pristine looking tacticool guns and outfit mods that A: probably have ripped modern warfare animations, and B: just look super out of place. For me, it’s super immersion breaking and just looks silly. Like it would not even be that hard to make them actually look like they fit the setting or appear lore-friendly, make them look like they are actually 200 years old, or add just some kind of retro-future element or make-shift attachments to them to make them fit the actual setting more. I distinctly remember someone once made a FAL mod that actually looked like it “fit” just by making it look actually old and not factory new, and by having some sort of electronics or wires on the side of it to make it actually look a little retro futuristic. It feels like people are more interesting in trying to mod fallout into a shittier stalker or something.
