No, it's on Brighton beach.
It is difficult if not impossible to imagine or understand this scatterbrained and profligate use of public money.
Given that now in 2023 it is a huge white elephant perhaps its function could be improved by altering the slow speed of the ascending and descending so called dough ball to a fairground speed of up like a rocket, pause for a few minutes to view the rooftops of Brighton, "Coo what a sight". and then drop like a stone. That would scare the hell out of me but think of the thrill seeking adrenalin junkies who would love it and return again and again for more. The white elephant would maybe then turn a profit but I doubt it.
