This is such a beautiful ship and soo under rated. I dont ever watch ship builds and usually grab ideas for parts within reddit but wow! I'm on console so I couldn't get those xwing part which was a shame. THIS IS WHAT THE MANTIS SHIP SHOULD HAVE BEEN 💯
@ricardoiriarte559 Yeah unfortunately the X-Wing mod hasn't been re-uploaded to Creations yet so if you didn't have that mod installed before it was removed you have to wait for it to be added again. The tie fighter and naboo fighter are back up already so hopefully it won't be too long. And thank ya much. It's one of my favorite builds.
thank you so much for this guide! during my first playthrough I built some classics after pictures, but this was something else. what an awesome challenge, nice to return this way! you earn more subs! all your ships look incredible. what you did in this video in 35 minutes, took me 10 hours to rebuild today. I had to restart halfway and install a few new mods for size limit, had to figure out a way when starting over for landing bay to reach cockpit, other than that I could follow your guide step by step. In the end I changed some nuances, hardly anything structural. still have to color it but I'm exhausted from building, it took a lot of focus. I love this spaceship and I'm going to enjoy it very much!
@5pacecake You're very welcome friend, and thank you for the compliments. I'm glad you enjoyed the challenge, although I do feel a little bad for eatin up so much of your time 😅. I only build that fast when I'm making a guide, cuz I know what I'm going to build beforehand. Everything else I build is from scratch, with zero planning, and I never build the same ship twice, so average build times for me are closer to 3 or 4 hours. Sometimes less if the pieces happen to fall together well and I don't have to do a lot of backtracking and reworking lol. Sometimes more if I can't find a groove. But I enjoy the process either way. Even when I'm not enjoying it though, I'm addicted 🤷♂️. Continuing to build ships is no longer optional 😆😆. Thanks for watching and thanks for takin the time to throw down some feedback. I can't say for sure cuz I don't remember what grav drive I used for this build, but it's probably a DarkStar C class drive coupled with one of the skill rebalancing mods that reworks stat bonuses for various skills
@mikes1655 if you're talking about the fuselage and angled wings those are from the Star Wars X-Wing mod. I believe it's still available for PC on Nexus but it was removed from Creations a week or 2 ago and hasn't been re-uploaded yet.
