What a lovely podcast,,,,a great way to start my morning. I also dread the ups and downs with spring,,but try and embrace it. I think knitters/crocheters are naturally drawn to the colder months? Great to see you doing podcasts again Claire. Thank you.
Hi Claire, Lay Lines is beautiful ! It’s nice to have a comfy home jumper too . I did like the pink for the new pattern. Look forward to your new design but I haven’t worn a beret yet 😊
What a lovely way to start my day! Your Ley Lines sweater is beautiful! I love the color pallette of your new pullover, soft, subtle and just luscious. ❤ Thanks for sharing!
The sweater you waering is wow! So nice. And your new one...maybe the beige for the body is "too cold" with the other warm colours, the light pink could be the answer! 💜
Great podcast and love the finished Ley Lines. Really suits you and can see why it’s a favourite. Looking forward to the next project and what a gorgeous colour palette you’ve chosen. Glad the design juices are flowing again and Spring is nearly here !!! Happy Easter 🐣 x
I thought I was pretty much the only person that goes through a bit of an "off" cranky-ish spell each Spring! I so love the Winter (and Autumn too), and I'm always a little sad to leave that part of the year behind. Of course, once the birds start singing and the the flowers poke their heads out, I'm fine. I'm excited to see your new beret design (and a non-beret hat would be wonderful too!). Thank you for this lovely episode!
Another lovely episode, thank you! Your Ley Lines is gorgeous, and it suits you so nice (I personally like a ‘roomy’ sweater so your choice of size is perfect for me!). I love berets, but they don’t suit me well, not sure why. I’m therefore always happy to have a ‘usual’ shape as well. Thanks again!
Love your colorwork. I'd change to a pink body. I know you are thinking it will look like the yoke is floating. The pink will bring it together. ❤ from NYS!
Ley Lines is such a good fit on you despite the wide shoulders!! Perfect ease and drape. I also have narrow shoulders and should really learn how to modify set in l sleeves to fit better but *calculating lady meme*.
Love the colors in the new sweater you're working on. I actually didn't like the pattern when I saw it in the magazine. But now I do. I didn't see a link to sign up for testing. Or is it just your newsletter sign up? I did that. I'd love to test your new hat when you're ready for that.
Shoot, I'm so sorry, the link is now added! Yes, it's a beautiful pattern, but because there are quite a few colours in there the sample will definitely appeal to some but not everyone. It's fun to see how much colour and yarn choice can change a design!
Your V neck is beautiful. When you hitched up the shoulders a bit, I thought the issue was not the width of the shoulders but the stretching of the neckline. Have you considered something like a crochet along the back neck to reduce its stretch?

Your Leylines! 🫶🏼 I just love seeing peoples faces when they are wearing something they made and truly love ❤️ You look fab Claire!
Thank you so much!!

Hi Ann, thank you! Yes, I think I'm leaning towards the pink too. There's been something bugging me about the beige colour from the beginning.
Omg, this sweater looks FABULOUS. You did a great job! Rachelle in Seattle
Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! That's a great point, I think you are right. There's something just not quite right about the beige!
Glad you have designing vibes again.
Thank you! Cheers!

You looked absolutely beautiful on your Ley Lines sweater 🤍🧶🤍
Thank you!

Thank you! Right? Maths is not my strong point either, which isn't great seeing as I design knitting patterns!

Oh, that's a great idea! I'm going to try that, thank you so much for the tip!
Hi Claire, beautiful jumper! It suits you too! Loving your podcasts and your style! Can you tell me the music title you use? Xxx
Hi Linda! Thank you so much! The music is Rosemary's Garden by Peter Crosby :)
