I Got scammed 3 times And on the 3rd time i lost nearly all my legendarny pets😢
Very important tips for when you're building houses!! :
Tip 1 : Make sure you sure carpets/rugs a lot! It makes the house look more aesthetic and pretty!
Tip 2 : Use small grid option at the bottom left corner of your screen more more detailed building!
Tip 3 : Use as much less expensive furniture and save the clients money! They'd be impressed and maybe give you a better payment!
Tip 4 : Be very nice to them and ask them their budget! And build according to it, if you spend a lot they'd not be happy.
Tip 5 : If you're afraid of getting scammed, make a agreement with them. Like you build half their house and they give you the pet! Then you continue the build! But just don't scam them!
Tip 6 : Ask them what theme they want for their house! For e.g. Modern, Soft, Edgy, Aesthetic, Grinding home, Party house etc. and build according to that!

I do that all the time lol, I spend over 30 minutes though working on the builds. Once I built a house for a ride gold penguin and another time a ride clownfish. Then oneday I did half a room for a snow owl so nice of them to give it first… and then leave 😰 so I didn’t finish but yeah this trick is so helpful

This is also great because you don't have to spend a single dollar. You will spend a couple minutes on the house, but you will learn just as said in the video. Sure, you can get mad at it, but you are learning more ways to make the house better even if you don't get a pet.

⚠️ NOT TRYING TO BRAG ⚠️ I was making a glitch out build, and then suddenly my friend tp to me (I had no idea he joined bcz I wasent looking at chat cuz I was focusing on the build) so I asked him if he wanted his own room in my build, and he said yes 👍 I did the same method that kiara did like asking fav color and stuff. Then when I was done, he gave me a ride bee, and three space whales 😱 and another ride pet but I forgot 😅 for those who wanna try this I hope u get like a frost dragon or something like that 😉

Hacks for building:
For the beds, get a standard bed and build bricks around it (put a penguin lamp for aestheticness)
For a desk, use a barrier and bricks for your own design (use a laptop, penguin lamp, books for aestheticness)
For a sofa, put bricks under the sofa and get the pagoda to put on top of it (put poof sofa chairs as mini coffee tables)
For a big rug, get the heart rugs and place them in a clover shape. For a smaller rug, use the dog bone rugs and make a clover/flower.
For windows, get 2 heart windows (any size) and put them into a cloud shape!
