I'm pretty sure its because they couldn't see who was guessing who with what role, plus the killing animation might be throwing people off and it juss looks like they killed themselves

It’s still have enough clues to figure out what happen at the end if you only know everyone’s rules, but you need to think about “evil guesser killing their partner“ as an option otherwise you just got lost there.

Toast's Evil Guesser win in the first clip was brilliant and seems to be underrated. He won as Evil Guesser by only guessing his own teammate, and tricking everyone else to kill themselves.

I like how Toast got all the lobby into the submerged map without any heads-up, they thought they were gonna play polus like always.
That was literally the best game of among us I’ve ever seen! Sacrificing Rae, the crew mates killing them selves and then the single vote to kill Tina was amazing!

The background music for the first part was epic, making the situation even more thrilling than it was already.
Nice to see 5ups map being played on now. AmongUs had died out by the time the map was finished so didn't really get much play, so it's nice that Sussy Sundays have become a thing, and the Hafu lobbys are starting back up so that 5ups work can be appreciated.
The Submerged map (which is a stationary research station and not a submarine, btw) has been in use for all this time - just not by content creators and has gone under the radar for most people. But certain game groups, streamers or not, have played it all this time.
But yeah, it's awesome that it's enjoyed. I myself would rather play this than the Airship.

That first game is instant #1 game of Among Us in the history of Among Us, maybe ever. I've been rewatching the ending a bunch of times, and Leslie's face when she realizes the horror of their situation never gets old.
The number of cool possibilities for giga brain outplays has increased so much. I like the freshness the new mods give and this cool new map ^_^

I like that Toast is including the games where he dies / doesn’t win. While it’s always satisfying to watch him GIGA BRAIN the heck out of everyone else, it’s nice to see others outplay him too.
Toast narration is an underrated part of these videos. Everyone always talks about the fantastic animations, but I get hyped listening to toast’s explanations and narration at the start of so many of the modded videos. Love it!

I had to go back and watch it again. I genuinely think this is the best play he has ever made. I have watched every Among Us video from him and this one takes the cake for the first match played. The build up with the music, the confusion and then realization on everyones faces as they slowly began to realize what was about to unfold. I think it is needless to say, nobody is better.
Mad props to the editors. That first game was presented so well. Loved every moment of the reveal.

@@BirbicusButticus I understand why this exact submarine map won’t be added the size and the tasks with it seems to complex and would be hard to figure out who the impostor is. What I like about the map is that its beautiful and you can pass by the same areas over and over again without getting tired of looking at it, for me the original maps of among us are just too plain which gives moody vibes which eventually comes to boredom

I watched Sykk's stream of this and he basically did no tasks and didn't explore very much so it was funny seeing Toast here immediately find the easter egg, immediately figure out how to operated those cameras, etc.
Toast is the best at this game and controlling the situation. He knows how things will pan out and utilizes it to his advantage. He uses the most big brained strategies I've seen anyone use on Among Us.
This new map is amazing. The detail 5up put into it is astounding and it feels like an official map. I hope this map becomes a regular stop for your future vids.

Toast never fails to remind me of Light from Deathnote with each among us video. The game where you killed rae gave me chills.
It's absolutely crazy to me that after literally playing this mod professionally for several months, they still say stuff like "wait, jester has impostor vision?" and "wait, jackal can vent?", like cmon it's really not that complicated. I've picked all this up just from watching toast highlights, not from playing it for hours on end every week.

I think the reason why they asks those questions because there options to change it. Depending on how the host of the lobby wants it to be, jester can have impo vision or they don't, and jackels can have the ability to vent or they can't.
@@juliarivera6071 I'm pretty sure they've settled on these settings a while ago. The way they're asking it doesn't sound like they're checking, like "by the way Toast, did you change setting x?" They're saying it like they've never even heard of jester having impo vision.
What especially irks me is that they constantly forget about neutral roles and have to ask about each one specifically. For some reason they just can't compartmentalize that there are universal rules that apply to all neutral roles, same as all crewmates and all evil roles.

@@siaanand2189 That's what I would do if I were a pro streamer. I love that side about the game, using all the information you have to deduct others' roles and wrap them around your finger. But that whole system breaks when nobody knows the basic rules of the game and everyone therefore makes false assumptions. But maybe that's just me.

Great new content! I've been back in the groove of Among us after leaving it alone in fall 2020. It's convenient that you guys are back on it as well! I'd like an underwater map that more fully encapsules the theme of actually being underwater.
