I don´t like that after sharpeninfg the knives you pressed really fast on the tester which will make the number much lower. You shouldn´t deceive customers like that
Yep, you can still use it for knives with steeper angles such as 15°. If you use the 20° guide it will still work, you will just hone at the edge primarily, or you can adjust a few degrees before making a pass to match 15
electric sharpener is far different in traditional sharpening using sharpening stones , much better result in electric sharpener but it needs a very long time to master it while electric is much easier specially to those who had no time to sharpen their knives

My wife complains that our kitchen knives are too sharp now since I got and use the Worksharp Elite. 🤷🏼♂️

My knives as well as my daughters and my sons knives all need sharpening. I am getting a knife sharpener and honer and have my kids watch this.
Do I home before or after I sharpen the knife
Sharpen. Then hone to maintain it.
