Simple but resounding truths from the great Master for the assimilation of ignorant mortals so that he can get liberated living in the body. Our Obeisance to the Master for eternity 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The title of the video doesn't seem to be what the video is about-If you can kindly explain how is the wakeful state as unreal as the dream state, because the video although very good did not explain that, "WAKING STATE too is as Unreal as a DREAM", so I would really appreciate it, if someone can explain that.
According to Ramakrishna, the only true reality is the Divine or the Absolute, which transcends all forms of illusion. Just as dreams can seem real while we're experiencing them, the waking state, too, is transient and ultimately illusory in comparison to the eternal truth of God. This perspective aligns with the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, where the ultimate reality (Brahman) is considered the only truth, and the apparent world is viewed as Maya (illusion). Thus, for Ramakrishna, both waking and dreaming states are expressions of the same underlying illusory nature of existence. The goal is to awaken to the true self, beyond both states.
Do one thing. Take a very deep breath and hold it as much as u can. That is U . The physical world and the mental world are illusions. U want to be in that state without holding your breath all the time.
@@abeer6383 I tried the holding breath exercise you advised, it did not give me the answer to the question, but it did give me some relaxation and calm when I finally exhaled the breath out. Thank you for trying though, I really appreciate it. 🙏🙏
@@SivanandaSivananda-hl7tgSo having understood all of this, what is the next step in realizing "Brahman" or the ultimate truth? How does one go about doing this?

Could the same be applyed to the absolute state?
Our - let's say - " belief " is based on "advaita vedanta, which is -also- a man's mind creation.
Whose dream ???
Individual persens or dream of God experienced by individual ego???
Please answer 🙏
