Docteur une Patiente presentantInsufisance cardiaque globale.suite a un rhumatisme aigu .foie cardiaque. Épaississement mitral tres poussé. Valves calcifié.valves trupucidienne béante. Le tout aggrave par une ascite.le médecin a dit que c est trop tard p pour l opération même la transplantation. Est ce qu il n y a pas de solution

Une décompensation est un état de perturbation d'équilibre d'un système -> ça peut être par exemple : rénal, cardiaque, pulmonaire
