According to the current constitution of Pakistan, no constitutional law of the constitution can be changed by a simple majority of the parliament, two-thirds support of the members is required to change it, while the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Bill has been amended by simple majority. Why the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court does not want to obey the Constitution is a big question? The way he is running the Supreme Court, there is less opportunity for lawyers to present arguments. The main question here is whether Parliament can amend the constitution with a simple majority or not?
Qazi’s aim is to become President; after all Tarar was also appointed; why not him???
If that is the way and manner to conduct proceedings of the Supreme Court then may the God help us. Can NOT say how much time was wasted at the cost of Public Expense that too when there are tens of thousands cases of the Pakistani Public are pending in this Apex Court.
All that indicates the Pathetic State of Affairs of the State and the Society, both. I saw no concern or urgency of what all is Happening with the common citizen of Pakistan and all the Court members are Enjoying their Positions.
