Do I only need two blower motors ? One for front and one for back
my 2015 grand caravan's ac does not blow cold when I stopped (but ac and engine are on) for example it blows wonderfully when I drive. When I wait at the stop sign ac makes a noise like air is leaking and ac stops blowing cold air. After that when I push the gas AC is ice cold. Please advise. thank you
My wife’s 2016 GC did this. It was the rear A/C system failure. It was just about $1000 Canadian to be fixed and system recharged.
My AC just started making a buzzing sound coming from the area of the blower motor. I replaced the air cabin filter and literally the very next day this humming started. I removed the Blower motor and vacuumed it out. There was nothing obvious. When I unplug the motor the noise stops. When I turn off the AC the buzzing noise stops. Other than that I get ice cold AC and everything is fine. Here’s the weird part about this story. I went to autozone and purchased a new blower motor and it was making the same noise. So I’m very confused 🫤. Any ideas?
I just changed my cabin air filter today and my AC immediately started making the same noise. I'm going to have to diagnose the noise now too. If you figured out what your issue was or if anyone else has any ideas, please reply.
@@josephwilliams6586 kind of difficult to believe my story because of the coincidences here but follow me. I replaced the air cabin filter and then noise began next day. I tried new aftermarket blower motor from Autozone same buzzing. I went to a junkyard pick a part and brought home a Dodge blower motor and resistor. Put it in my car and noise went away. Hope that helps. FYI the resistor was not the fix it was the actual blower motor. I replaced the resistor just cause.
