Work on your offensive Freestyle Striking Combinations on the heavy bag, on a dummy, or in the air as a shadow fighting drill. Incorporate punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and headbutts. Start by learning some of the basic Freestyle Striking Combos prescribed in this program, focus on perfecting your technique, and perform repetitions of specific combos on the heavy bag or an imaginary opponent. In the beginning speed and power are not important - technical skill is the objective. Once you progress, you can begin incorporating footwork, moving around the bag, evasions, and a variety of combinations of all different strike types - ultimately developing speed and power as well.
