- 電動ドリルとドリルスタンドを利用してディスクサンダーを作製しました。
ドリルスタンドの補助台(自作)に合体する形です。
思いのほか精度を出すのが難しく製作に時間が掛かってしまいました。
ディスクの軸の安定化をする動画を追加でアップしました。もしベアリングユニットを利用して製作される場合は参考にしてみてください！
マイターゲージも作ってみました。
マイターゲージのスロットバーの寸法を5.5x15x200mmとありますが、9x15x200mmの間違いでした。ごめんなさい。
ドリルスタンド補助台の寸法は[DIY] ドラムサンダー製作 Drill Powered Drum sanderのエンディングの後に簡単に解説してありますので必要ならば見て下さいね。
補助台が無くてもディスクサンダーとして使えますが、ドリルスタンドを固定して下さい。ベースの脚パッドの位置も変えた方が良いでしょう。
とにかく、この方法だとドリルを乗せる台を作る手間を省けるのが魅力です。
板に単体のベアリングを埋め込んだ方が精度は出ると思います。作ろうと思われる方はご検討を。
I decided to make a disc sander using an electric drill and a drill stand (which is an affordable one that you can buy at amazon and rotates 90 degrees sideways).
It is a form that is combined with the auxiliary stand (self-made) of the drill stand.
An additional video that stabilizes the axis of the disc has been uploaded. If it is manufactured using a bearing unit, please refer to it!
I also made a miter gauge.
The size of the slot bar of the miter gauge is 5.5x15x200mm, but it was a mistake of 9x15x200mm. sorry.
The dimensions of the drill stand auxiliary stand are briefly explained after the ending of "[DIY] ドラムサンダー製作 Drill Powered Drum sander", so please have a look if necessary.
It works as a disc sander without an auxiliary stand, but please fix the drill stand properly. You should also change the position of the base leg pads.
Anyway, this method is attractive because it saves you the trouble of making a table on which to put the drill.
It was unexpectedly difficult to obtain accuracy and it took a long time to produce.
I think that the accuracy will be higher if a single bearing is embedded in the plate. If you are thinking of making one, please consider it.
