Me, personally? One of the things that makes me happy is to watch people enjoy our native cooking. It's a joy and great appreciation of our culture. Cooking and food is personal, made with emotions, the cook's family heritage, etc. So, watching this vid and others like this makes me happy.

pork and chicken bbq is best dipped in venigar,soysauce with chopped onions. try it next time

The food is all good and all but at least make something with sauce or soup. It's kind of dry. Just my opinion though 😅
Funny you mentioned soup. Now that the wheather is cold we’re now serving stews & soups. Hubby is making chicken soup for tonight’s Bible study😊
