Lazer's DT 2.0x will take an AR10 map up to AR11.5.
However you can also do AR11 without DT using Difficulty Adjust, and Lazer even supports AR>10 NoMod (not currently rankable, because stable doesn't support it, but there are loved maps with AR>10). AR11 + DT 2.0x => AR12

dw its primarily memorization at that point, you hear top players talk about pretty much anything past ar10 requiring a level of memorization or prior map knowledge to even play

Nah you can sight read 10.3 for sure. I'd believe pretty easily that top players could sight read ar11 after playing a lot of it but still that's basically inhuman at that point already
