We are fortunate to get any coverage in the difficult conditions, just turn the sound down and enjoy the show! For non- sailors following the race; this is raw, real stuff brought to you through great effort and expense of OGR, Don and a small but dedicated team. I'm sure they would welcome any contributions for better equipment from anyone who is dissatisfied...
The audio is small negligible fry compared to the hardships the crew had for weeks in rough seas and with a broken goose neck on the boom to boot...!!!
@@gerhardvanderpoll7378 absolutely agree - only more’s the pity then that their trials and tribulations are entirely lost on the viewer because of poor video technical preparation. The sailors deserve better.

Great to see them with a mainsail up ! Repairs must have been hard!
When the put the mic right up to their mouths we could hear but great to see Jeremy Bagshaw( OGR fame) on the RIb
You really must get better wind shielding on your microphones, we can't hear a damn word when you are out at sea.
Great visuals, a real pity about the unbelievably painful audio!
