You can you just need to grab them again quickly. May help to be in a closed room like one of the Kakariko houses, though note they can still fly away. Went from 1 fairy to 8 after a few fails
I find it works better to jump off a small ledge and use your paraglider instead of shield surfing. It still works, and you won’t break all your shields
Using "Sort by Type", I believe the final 3 items would be: -Large Zonaite -Zonai Charge -Large Zonai Charge If you perform the dupe going down those three, you should have +4 Large zonaite and be even with the zonai charges since duping 4 items removes 4 from the item adjacent. This should also keep your items from despawning since you only pull out 18.
@@Railgun_Punk small charges aren't all too hard to find if you know where to find construct enemies so I wouldn't worry about them. For the large sharges, you could dump all but one to use as the first item in the dupes then dupe more large charges later.
Not only is this glitch good for zonite charges. It's good for whatever is to the left of zonite charges when you sort by most used ( which for me is diamonds from using the exploit before fully understanding lol) also get rid of all your charges and large zonite to build up regular zonaite first. Also good for ancient blades when you sort by type cause it puts them in front of bright bloom seed.
For weapons shields and bows here’s one that’s made it’s round in some discords servers I’m in for TOTK, equip the weapon, shield or bow you want to duplicate and then create a hard save so go in and manually save now WITHOUT leaving the pause menu drop whatever item you wanna dupe that you had already equipped before creating your hard save and equip a different weapon bow or shield obviously this depends on what you want to dupe , and perform the pause and unpause glitch which is where you VERY QUICKLY unpause and pause again then drop whatever item you equipped after dropping the item you wanted to dupe then load your hard save if you did everything correct you should see the dupe on the floor and just pick up and save again then load that save again so items don’t disappear and boom

Just do a standing walking shield jump and do it 4 times for 16. Items disappear. Don’t waste time jumping off a ledge like that, because you went from 55 to like 70 even though you did it like 6-7 times. Not going back to count how many you did.
@@izaacz Yep, I dropped 26 cause sorting won't put Large Zonaite in last slot for me due to Zonai and Large Zonai Charges...put down 26 only got back 21. Lucky I did a hard save before testing that.
It’s more efficient to glide rather than jumping because you can go through the whole process multiple times but the problem is only 21 items can be dropped at a time otherwise they start deep awning. How people don’t understand how this works is beyond me.
I had some luck with items in the last slot, as you mention, but I couldn't figure out how I wanted to get other items into that bottom spot. I tried dropping them and picking them up, but they did not appear at the bottom unless it was something I only had one of to start with. Also, don't drop a red jelly blob thing as your 1. Kaboom!
just cicle the vendor and use them up with a small amount leftover, go to sleep teleport back, duplicade buy and again back to sleep ( put your teleportmedallion nxt to your bed)
But then how you duplicate items that are more common that for example are 35? Cause this works for me for items that are low on quantity,but for those others? Taking into account they cant be put on the last slot and only 21 items can be in the ground at a time
You dont or you sort by type/most used. If you spam an item with a bow equipped just up on d pad non stop it'll bump that item up quick. Depends on the item tho
TIP! This is how I do things. This applies to duplicating items (i.e. Diamonds) mainly. Not materials. 1. Go to a snowy area (Rito Village is great). This will help you preserve shield durability as shield surfing doesn't use durability on sand or snow 2. Go up to near shop (for convenience if you plan on selling your items). 3. Duplicate your item. 4. Open the inventory and hold the item you want to duplicate and let the items drop after exiting the inventory. Repeat this until you have none left. 5.Pick them up to put them on the last item slot. 6. Duplicate again. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 until you have 20 of the item. 8. Sell all but one of your items (If that's your goal). I used diamonds, and I found that if I drop more than 20 diamonds (24 in my testing) that I LOOSE diamonds when I pick them up (I dropped 24 and only picked up 21). I haven't tested other items so your mileage may vary. I suggest making a hard save when you get up to 20 and continue to make hard saves between duplications until you find the number where you start loosing items.
Yeah I noticed that...I got some Zonai charges and they are in the last place slots for me, so I have to take out ALL my Large Zonaite to get it in the last place (If there's another way to do that then please tell me how), and I HAD 25 (thank goodness I dropped a save beforehand) but when I picked all of them up to get them in last slot...I only had 21. You need pretty much 999 Large Zonaite to 100% things...675 total for the battery thing and 300ish for a couple armor sets to max them out. It's easier just to max out the Large Zonaite at 999 if you wanna go that route and not the underground mini boss route.
Proptip: dupe the most valuable thing in your inventory. So once you picked up the items, you can just press "Y" 3 times to sort by value and repeat again.
the sort shown in here is very specific. If you have zonai charges it will always be the last in the sort so if you have them and it really only applies to zonaites.
Yeah, other tutorials I've seen tell you to drop every single one of an item on the ground then pick them all back up so it sits at the end of the inventory. In some ways it's better than the old glitch, in others it can be more dangerous.

I found a much faster way to do this. All you have to do is toggle your inventory until your zonai charges are at the bottom. Way faster than dropping 50 to make 4.
It doesnt work for me, I have the item I want to duplicate as the last item in the list, I shield jump, select 4 of those items midair + a singular item I only have 1 of and unpause, nothing duplicates for me. EDIT: I got it to work now, you have to make sure that you select the single item first, then the one you want to duplicate. AND you also have to press B to close the inventory and not + !
This doesn't work for me, tricks like these almost never do. Do you have to have some kinda other cheat code or whatever already added to the game to do these glitches to begin with? Not very tech savvy here admittedly...
Why not? You can just drop the material you want to duplicate until you have 0 in your inventory and if you pick them back up they will be at the end of the list. Hope that helps

This glitch is absolutely broken. Summary of additional ways to dupe it with this method: if you have multiple of x1 items, you can pick up the duped item only and leave the x1 item to get more than 21 of the dupe you can do it by just being on mineru or gliding, just be off the ground edit: I see, didn't know about it eating up, still you can do more than 21 pretty easily, besides stuff that run away

There's another dupe glitch using bows that doesnt delete any items, but it's a nightmare of frame perfect menu closing and opening and only does one item at a time

@@zitronentee2302 That's how I did it (though I did the bow method). I found 2 forges, bought all the stock in both, campfire rest, fast travel to reload the area and kept buying the stock.
The problem is if I want to get a certain item last I would have to drop every single one in the inventor….for example zonite and large zonite they are always before the zonal charge when I sort by type..,.so I will have to duplicate enough zonal charges and large charges for them to be ok to be deleted in order to get the zonite….cause I wanna get that stuff for armor enhancement 😂

You actually don't need a high ledge. If you pause again you can hold more items before your shield hits the ground. If your really need more breathing room, then a box is good enough. Or even a big Zonai wheel from your pocket

This is not a duplication glitch it's Shield Transmutation. It deletes items. Especially ones you didn't mean to. You use the 1 & the item you want to transmute and then everything behind that the x1 to 0 item gets deleted as an offering for the Transmutation. Thats where your "dupe" is coming from. Look at your inventory and watch as your materials all disappear to just "dupe" 1 item into multiples. Save load dupe and bow dupe are the only reliable dupe options at the moment that doesn't take away from your overall inventory and actually duplicates.
It only transmutates the item to the right. So that’s why it’s important to have the item you want to dupe in the last slot so it doesn’t take from any other items
Looks like it’s a true duplication as long as the inventory space behind the target item is blank. So, provided you have the setup correct, I don’t see this as having any unstable results.
Just a word of warning doing this glitch when duplicating certain items depending on what it is items will disappear from you item inventory for instance i was doing it with the diamonds and two single items with a count of 1 kept disappearing from my inventory so be very cautious check what have before you save over your game you could be potentially loosing rare items so as good as this glitch is the bow glitch is more tedious but is more reliable
Best place i can think of to do this that grants a lot of air time while also keeping your dropped items consolidated, would be one of the sky shrines. There is one in particular that requires you to drop a shrine crystal down a square cut out in the floor, and after falling into the square, this brings you directly to a body of water, with the shrine in frount of you. I dont remember the name of this shrine, but I know 100% it is a shrine in the sky, so if you have a bunch of shrines unlocked in the sky, look through them, maybe put down a travel medallion here for ease of access returning, and then go ham for ages with duplicating items. If i can remember the name of the shrine, ill edit this comment.

You have the drop the whole stack to get something to the bottom

If this is the best duplication glitch we'll ever have, that's really sad. This really isn't that good of a duplication glitch for anything but diamonds and zonaite
How isn’t it good? You can dupe armor upgrade mats, cooking ingredients etc. it literally saves you dozens of hours of farming
@@Caedus696 Because the setup is too arduous with how it needs to be at the end so anything other than diamonds or zonaite isn't that easy. It's quicker to just do the bow method unfortunately, even with that method being only one at a time

@@Caedus696 And how do you dump all of a material out on the ground to get it to the end of your inventory for items you have more than 25 of (the limit before it starts despawning your items on the ground)?
@@Freelancer837 you don’t, but that’s why you dupe in front of the vendor you are about to use, the great fairy, or forge. Outside of zonite and diamonds to sell there is no reason to have stacks higher than 21 anyways

Please stop encouraging others to spoil their playthrough. People are dumb, they don't know that by doing it they take away huge portion of fun from the game.
Or let people play their gane the WAY THEY WANT not the way you think it should be played.
You literally play the game on god/easy mode, it without a doubt is ruining your experience in the long run. But play however the fuck you want, just don't encourage masses to do the same
@SAY10 no one's encouraging anyone to do this. If they seek out glitches its because they want to plain and simple. Others don't have a game ruined like this ffs. Just because YOU do doesn't mean someone else's enjoyment is any less.
You are quite literally doing the no not like that meme. Enjoy the game how you want but not by the standards you set as fun. Some people like breaking games and glitches. So fuckin what mate. They bought it. Let them enjoy as they please.
This is not a duplication glitch it's Shield Transmutation. It deletes items. Especially ones you didn't mean to. You use the 1 & the item you want to transmute and then everything behind that the x1 to 0 item gets deleted as an offering for the Transmutation. Thats where your "dupe" is coming from. Look at your inventory and watch as your materials all disappear to just "dupe" 1 item into multiples. Save load dupe and bow dupe are the only reliable dupe options at the moment that doesn't take away from your overall inventory and actually duplicates.
It only transmutates the item to the right. So that’s why it’s important to have the item you want to dupe in the last slot so it doesn’t take from any other items
I think moving the item you want to dupe to the last inventory spot prevents materials from being taken away.
Looks like it’s a true duplication as long as the inventory space behind the target item is blank. So, provided you have the setup correct, I don’t see this as having any unstable results.
Just a word of warning doing this glitch when duplicating certain items depending on what it is items will disappear from you item inventory for instance i was doing it with the diamonds and two single items with a count of 1 kept disappearing from my inventory so be very cautious check what have before you save over your game you could be potentially loosing rare items so as good as this glitch is the bow glitch is more tedious but is more reliable

Best place i can think of to do this that grants a lot of air time while also keeping your dropped items consolidated, would be one of the sky shrines. There is one in particular that requires you to drop a shrine crystal down a square cut out in the floor, and after falling into the square, this brings you directly to a body of water, with the shrine in frount of you. I dont remember the name of this shrine, but I know 100% it is a shrine in the sky, so if you have a bunch of shrines unlocked in the sky, look through them, maybe put down a travel medallion here for ease of access returning, and then go ham for ages with duplicating items. If i can remember the name of the shrine, ill edit this comment.
