    Thanks for the inspiration, Mary Beth! If you want to set your pastels and you don't want them to run, you can use hair spray. I do this before adding collage elements or other medium.

      I heard that hair spray yellows over time. What is your experience with that?

      @@charleneorourke5795 I haven't noticed that. I do a light spray. I mount most of my work on cradled panels and I spray a light UV varnish to protect the work during the mounting process and another spray over the whole piece and sides, so yellowing shouldn't be an issue.

    Hi MB! How did you make the last paper you used? Thought it was crumpled, but the back didn't look like it, Hope you're doing well.
