By the way -- if your friend's symptoms are real and not invented for this video -- I think you're right about the dryness. I suffer from something called dry eyes syndrome (which is more common than we think) and the excessive dryness of my eyes gives me eye twitches, headaches/migraines, irritation, and all the symptoms your friend displays. The treatment is lubricating eye drops, something we also call artificial tears. Depending on how severe her condition is, she can wet her eyes with those drops twice a day or more, and it should really help (if that's the issue, I'm not a doctor after all).
I'm sorry if I'm intruding, I'm just trying to help your friend out if she suffers from that!

I really like your new model! Does she experience ASMR? It looked like she was genuinely feeling the experience, apart from one moment just before the ear exam when it looked like there might have been a cut for laughter 😉
Unfortunately there was so much laughter in this I was frustrated afterwards haha. She actually jumped and said I hurt her when I first looked in her ear so I had to retake :)

I get itchy eyelids sometimes, if you itch them enough they'll feel like you have glass shards on them when you blink, it's great, haha, in the U.S. we use a lot of ceiling fans..that'll dry ya out

This video, and model in particular are very good. It's not over acted. I hate it when the models or asmr artists are too over the top happy or enthusiastic. Takes away the realism
