I agree with all that. I would throw in another one: Keep all your notes in order for your reference. There is nothing worse than having bits of paper and reference books all over the place.

Anna, thanks for putting this in a nice bite sized package. I have done a lot of study and have not followed some/most of your advice, but if there had been advice such the hacks maybe it would have been less stressful. My big errors from your list: not knowing my learning style (recently found this out and it has helped a lot), plus sleeping a lot more, and shorter study sessions. In fact I did the opposite to what you sensibly suggest on most points, I got through my courses but it could have been a little easier. One thing I was also told to do was plan your study sessions (but that could come under hack #3). A final suggestion perhaps, you could make up a poster (as a memory aid) with the hacks for people to put on their walls or in the places they study? It could be download it or something like that (not well thought out sorry).

Usually you sign up for a plan, get the trial period without being charged but then it would go into a paid plan unless you cancel. That is what normally happens but I am double checking with Skillshare for you. :)

Listening to music helps me to reinforce what I have studied. I also learnt to study in short stints to be fresh at the exam.
