I saw Slipknot during their debut year (1999) at Ozzfest, and I wasn't ready for them. I couldn't stand it! All I heard was all kinds of screaming and growling, and these weird creepy people with masks on. I didn't like it at all. Over time, my tastes have changed and developed, and I now have an appreciation for what they do. Their music has also matured and just keeps getting better. Now, I cannot wait to go see them in concert, and I'm sad that I missed them recently. It's on my bucket list to "jump the fuck up."
