    ABOUT:
    Hi! I’m Valeria, and I’m a Ukrainian expat and digital nomad, currently living in Italy. I first came here without speaking the language and being totally unprepared, but pretty sure this is gonna be an adventure of a lifetime! I love discovering Italian culture, Italian people and, of course, Italian food. I'm a full-time content creator, so when I'm not making travel videos, I'm taking photos, writing and creating artworks. Studying is another passion of mine, and currently I’m finishing my Masters degree at the University of Bologna. Here I post regular travel vlogs, tips on expat life, moving abroad, personal growth and self-esteem as a woman living abroad, so hop on and welcome on board!

    You talk about how fascinating it is that so many amazing people came from that region, and I agree. The history, scenery, architecture, and class of Italy make it one of my bucket list destinations. I'm American and could care less about my own country and "most" of it's people due to their erosion of morality and lack of respect toward anything.

    I never visited Tuscany, only Rome Puglia, pescara and Sardinia, for me Tuscany ( Etruscans) is the Hart of Italy, in fact Rome is a name but roman's was DNA Etruscan

    Ciao Valeria! I am not really familiar with Pertracha, other than just knowing that he is an important Italian poet. How would you describe his content, style, and influence? Grazie, Paul in Firenze

    • @DramaticallyExpatic
      @DramaticallyExpatic  Рік тому +1

      Petrarca is very different from Dante, but equally as important, I’d say. For the major part of his life he’s been perfecting the sonnet form, and a lot of his works are focused on internal conflict, existential issues and moral views (religion vs. world, especially). Definitely worth checking out if you’re into Italian medieval literature!
