dude , you saved my ass again , i was struggling with the separate recorded face and body animations. The timeline animation asset trick fixed it perfectly. Thanks !

GREAT video!!! Thanks very much for sharing the journey and your knowledge. These updates inspire me through a lot of challenges as a new UE animator. BIG THANKS for this behind-the-scenes vlog/tutorial. Keep up the great work!

Great tutorial, does it still applies on UE5 ?? If not can you make some time for an updated version ? I have been struggling to combine my daz3d animation with the live link face animation on sequencer recently so any new update or workaround would be golden.

have you had any success combining the separate body animation and the face animation like you have in this video , but also including the LLink face head mocap data ? I'm not sure whether you have to adjust to face blueprint with blend per bone. I did just attach the face to the body using the parent socket and use the baked animation on the face which did the trick but seemed like a brute force way to do it.

If it works it works. Layered blend per bone is another way

I did find this tutorial using bone masks which seems to be a more elegant method.

Hello! Could we talk some day about lip sync + body animation in Unreal. I have a game project and I have a problem :)
