Tennessee's Criminal Justice Liaisons change lives and break inter-generational cycles of addiction and criminality, and Zack Bain's story is living proof. He says: "Having somebody step out and speak up for me, and they could see it in my eyes that I was broken and shattered and I needed help, and sitting me inside of a jail cell was not going to do that.
