Great introduction of Idaho Trails! Thanks. I'll be traveling some of these trails on my way to the Gering, Nebraska, OCTA convention later in July. This has inspired me. Thanks!
Thank you for this introductory video. We have several miles of the Jeffrey-Goodale Cutoff in our area. We trail sheep over Bradley Summit each fall. The Cutoff goes through our ranch gate.
My last trip over the trail from 3-Island to Boise was in 1978. A LOT of new information and materials have been developed since then! If I get an opportunity, I'll have to give that 100-mile trek mentioned in the video a try.
Ray, I have done it twice. Very nice trip guide created by IOCTA and published by BLM. Jerry and I have filmed a three part video series over the route that will publish later this fall.
Does anyone out that way sponser trips to the sites & give short presentations along the way. I am a Senior from the Mid West who would love to see these sites but, not half to attempt this on my own. Short journieys of 1-3 perferable.
Me and my wife just followed the California trail from the Raft/Snake junction to the Humboldt sink. The city of rocks was magical
Great to hear!
This is an excellent introductory video. There’s so much to say in so little time. Thanks.
Thanks for your comments. We agree!
