As someone who has experienced severe anxiety too, I can tell you it's something that doesn't really go away. You can have a lot of days were you don't feel the effects of it, live a happy life etc. But there are things that can trigger it. Like flying or maybe being in crowded places, feeling claustrophobic etc. I think the paparazzi/media trigger Mina and Jihyo is making sure that she is ok and feels her support.
