Thanks! A fun bit of lore associated to this character: Vehltahl is actually Earl! During Season 4, Earl gets fatally shot by her fake sister Azira, and recovering her memorial prism becomes a priority. Memorial prisms are a technology invented by the end of Season 3 that is injected into a person's brain and basically stores their memories and personality - it acts as a brainchip that can be transferred from one body to another, allowing someone to swap bodies and potentially live forever. There is controversy surrounding this technology, as some consider the person and their replica contained in their memorial prism to be two separate entities. New crimes also surge because of this - there is a prisms trade that essentially works like a slave trade, and some criminals use it to avoid being tracked and recognized, amongst other things. When Earl's prism is recovered, it is badly damaged because she was shot in the head. But since she is the current Intergalactic Emperor of the Federation, top researchers work on restoring her prism in order to revive her. In the end, their efforts lead to the creation of a half-functioning prism that gives birth to what is called "Broken Earl", a Earl that only retains fragments of her original memories and has trouble adapting to her old persona. Later during the Season 4, because of time traveling shenanigans and through a complex paradox, Earl is pulled from the moment in time right before her death and brought into the present. This Earl is thus the true one. Discovering that her other self is ruling the Federation in her stead, she comes back to her home galaxy and drives out the one she deems an "intruder". Broken Earl, now kicked out of the only life she was destined for, struggles with her identity and eventually decides to lead her own life, renaming herself Vehltahl and vowing to find her own path. She would later become the wife of Mactemol, living in his monochrome dimension and raising three children with him: Omegalinn, Thetadrum and Zetaris.
I like this sound and its atmosphere, very charming
Thanks!
