Text placement next to button prompts is wrong. Background looks fine enough, and having it be static is accurate in this case. PS3 viruses are not common and it's either very rare to see an actual error message for it or it doesn't exist. I'd personally go with some components failing. If it tells you to shut it down, I'd imagine it automatically does that or has a single button prompt to do so, or both. "Shut it" could be changed to "Shut Down" or "Power Off". At the one minute area, I'd personally just have a core BIOS screen saying something like "Cannot start the PS3. Cannot access system storage. Contact technical support. ([long playstation error code]) To turn off the PS3, hold the power button for 3-5 seconds." (Inspired by a PS4 error screen I've got with software updates. May not be accurate to PS3, but it's close enough.) 1:07 is accurate with black screen, but dear god the font is garbage. Typo of "off" and "support". You may not be fluent of English.
