Summary:
What is the future of mankind when the computer can outdo everything that man has done or will do?
Can fear possibly come to an end, or will we continue with it for the rest of our life?
Why is there contradiction in human beings?
Any form of persuasion, reward or punishment is violence.
Is there a mind which cannot be persuaded, is not obstinate but is a mind that sees very clearly?
Can we be free from violence and hatred?
Psychologically, what is the process of being hurt?
In fear is involved desire, time, the past impinging on the present, and the sense of wanting to go beyond fear.
Thought and desire are like two horses running together.
Hunger for food is natural. Ambition, hunger for position and status, is that natural?
Is there psychological time at all, or has thought as hope created time?

I do agree that computers have altered our natural lives as he speaks. entertainment and wars are more prominent than a conversation with a friend. One thing I’m grateful to the computers for: the ability to share a krishnamurti dialogue on my iPad…..long after the reality of a 1981 session that I did not attend. My maturity and awareness at that time was not developed in 1981. Today I receive this info like a gem shining in the mud.

And that recognition itself cannot be an abstraction, but awareness that there is awareness going on...lol...😅...and then, as one has this recognition, they flip upside down and inside out to where consciousness itself is no longer in the driver's seat, but instead the Tathagata wakes up as the eternal flow its very self. I do not agree with the recognition of sorrow and suffering. These are points of view that I dont find to be based on fact..but more of an unwillingness to accept an individually/personally perceived, unbalanced result. Like death, for instance, we know nothing about the after of death, but humanity nearly unanimously projects our own individual fears onto the dying or recently deceased person. We cry for the dead and their family whereas perhaps we should congratulate them that they made it all the way through life--with all its complexities, confusion, etc..and are now able to be seen as an eternal being rather than the being we had become used to seeing a certain way depending on the individual point in time. I wonder, how much of suffering is just a refusal to make the best peace from an unforeseen, unexpected, or uncontrollable happening? I've been noticing, lately, that my lifes greatest leaps in growth through time have come when some sort of struggle was the cause. When life is easy and comfortable it seems to coincide with a period of coasting with little, no, or reverse growth. So what if our identification of suffering only exists because we have not yet fully considered the entire scope of the situation?

I've read innitiation stories of a boy to be recogniiiized as a man through testing and cellebrating physical ability and strength. Have there been spiritual testings...?

Asking question or not knowing the answer is not at all rude and stupid respectively. We should encourage environment where even silly question can be asked
I feel like he doesnt shy away from telling concrete truths, but i dont sense any condescension other than what is completely necessary to correct the misunderstanding or overcomplication that is stuck in their heads. Instead of hearing the truths, they may be hearing more of the parts where they were not agreed with than the parts where they received the answer they requested and perhaps werent yet capable of seeing the difference. If anything I felt much more hostility directed towards Krishnamurti and no real hostility directed out from him. It seemed like a lot of people wanted to have moments of speaking something profound in this video. Maybe it had been a long, hot, and mentally exhaustive retreat or seminar.. when i read your question it reminded me of when i give truth to someone that wasnt really asking for it, but instead was expecting agreeableness as my response, and therefore felt the hurt egos embarrassment and as if they had been condescended toward rather than lent a helping hand..that was the image that flashed into my head the second i read your question. Because I always get accused of condescension or being a know it all but i am just trying to establish a real foundation for a relationship built on truth and reality rather than agreed upon illusions for comfort and I love being proved wrong just as much as I enjoy being right. So i know from my point of view that only love exists in my heart when I disagree with someone vocally. Of course I could be wrong, but I think he really just knows how to keep the discussion on track with the truth at hand being discussed
