Baaki sab cheezein maine issi video mein share ki hain, to video ko dhyaan se dekhein aur satark rahein. Suppose, if somebody has got my aadhar number but still in order to get the duplicate SIM they'll be required to complete biometric. authentication which is not possible without me being physically present.

Sim swap is impossible without document verification live photo verification and biometric. Don't worry about it , if you can't see the network on your mobile then check the nearest sim authorisation partner.
