This series gives me such a warm feeling when I watch the episodes. I love the community of characters that just draw you in along side Xu Hong Dou. As she gets more involved with the people in the village I start looking forward to when she brings her skills to help the people of the town. She is still going through the stages of grief in this episode, she isn't just grieving for her friend, I get the impression that she is also grieving for her grandmother. When her grandmother died she was working so hard to make it in the city that she didn't really have the time to grieve. Now that she is grieving for her best friend, the feelings about her grandmother are coming to light and she is also grieving for her grandmother.
I can relate so much to what she feels about her grandmother. Both of my grandmothers died when I was still young. When I married my husband's grandmothers accepted me as their grand daughter and I realized what I'd missed over the years. Hong Dou being accepted by Granny Xie is a beautiful thing.
Not only the FL is on a journey of relaxation, through this series we also are have such a lovely, relaxing, calm, deep and aesthetic experience. Perfect series. Just wait of every new episode is difficult. Thanks for sharing this with us. ❤️

刘亦菲在这部剧里面让我太喜欢了。人还是一样的美丽，除了美之外还有那种平静的气质，自然的姿态，温柔的声音，。。。她带来一种很舒服的感觉。演技也太好了。特别这一集的那段与男主对话的，一举一动，眼神，感觉都好像是讲她自己的故事似得，很自然，带入感很强。演技到位。
以后再有人说刘亦菲演技不好我就揍他。
她的演技真的是惊人的进步，小时候看她的剧确实演技不好，现在年纪上来了也沉淀出味道了，梦华录也演得很好

I can relate so much to what she feels about her grandmother. Both of my grandmothers died when I was still young. When I married my husband's grandmothers accepted me as their grand daughter and I realized what I'd missed over the years. Hong Dou being accepted by Granny Xie is a beautiful thing.

好喜欢这部剧。好久没看到大陆有这么温暖有趣的剧集了。看着这部剧让我感觉云南确实那个小村落确确实实有这么一群温暖的人。里面所表达的观念都很正面。男女主的三观都是很有意思的，很正常的。再也不是那种为了爱情至上或者动不动就牺牲男主或者女主拯救苍生的古装玄幻剧了。希望能多一些这些剧，给人温暖的力量。不需要多么跌宕起伏，平平淡淡把生活中的小起小落拍出来就行。好爱
