It's default UI WoW damage text with any current Font changer add on (I use FontDamageChanger). The name of the font is Sofa Chrome which you can google and download. After that, you just need to replace the default font in the add on with your chosen font in the file. If that sounds confusing, Landsoul has a UI Tutorial on his youtube page.
Some of the editing in P1 was a bit distracting/too much, but I guess there really isn't much to see other than : Hey this is normal mode with more health and we are ignoring adds.
