For the cream:
2:09 • 400 ml of milk
2:19 • 1 egg yolk
2:16 • 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin
2:14 • 40 g of sugar
2:23 • 4 tablespoons cornstarch (50 g)
3:04 • 200 ml of sweetened whipping cream
1:10 • 2 apples
1:14 • butter
1:27 • 2 tablespoons sugar
5:16 Put the cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours
