- This has always been my favorite Game Grumps playthrough so I decided to edit together all the episodes. Only major edits were made to reduce the backtracking from later in the game, such as the second butcher fight. Everything else was just to transition as seamlessly as possible between episodes. Chapters are there for people who want to jump around the main story.

Dozed off listening to them panic about saving their game before they get to Sophie. Woke up later and they're still trying to save her 😂
I love this run. You should see that part on Berleezy's playthrough. Theres a part where Sophie is at 1hp and he tells her to hang in there before the convicts promptly run her over 😂

I couldn’t play these games until I watched the GG play them. I was too nervous. But listening to them play through it taught me how to not take this so seriously and to just enjoy it.

They're all very goofy games. Although considering it's from a Japanese studio there are some subjects that it touches on that could make some uncomfortable.

Who else is rewatching after seeing the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster
They need too play it when it comes out
It's nuts to watch Arin get through the game at level 17 with barely any life or stock, or any other upgrades like speed, and none of the good weapon combos. Like the small chainsaw with 3 magazines. I know you don't NEED it, but it certainly helps.

How much creepier wpuld it be if the zombies didnt just growl, but talked. Only they cant say anything besides repeating over and over in a dead tone the last thing they said before they turned.

I love how #OtisDidIt was accidently a prediction about a plot point in DR2 where the radio guy is a villain
Arin mentioned how he thought the old woman with the demon poodle was actually this universes Satan causing shit.. But I think it was actually the random old man with the cane, the way he says "you summoned me here! what are you planning?" it seems he was summoned by someone and had an agreement to start the outbreak for unknown reasons and confused Frank for the person

Arin literally plays like he hates the game. It’d be fun to watch the gameplay, even if it was bad, if he at least pretended to care.

Dead Rising was the reason I got a 360 over a PS3. Ultimately, the game was kind of disappointing with the time limits/bad AI/radio calls, etc. but I still enjoyed the hell out of it. Just didn't live up to the premise for me.
I really hope the DR deluxe remaster keeps the goofy animations from the first

Xbox hasn't outsold the Playstation ever, literally. Xbox/360/One/etc have never outsold their Playstation counter parts.
@@iCantEditBro plus dead rising was made for the Xbox just like call of duty black ops 1,2, and 3 sure there were also on the PS3 but true gamers know that all of Xbox versions of all those games were the superior versions

As much as I like the Grumps but watching Arin play really hurts sometimes.
I can't believe how one single person can be so bad at games.
Not gonna lie watching certain parts is cringe as someone who is familiar with Deadrising. The first one in particular.
watching people enjoy games instead of mastering them is kinda cringe, not gonna lie.
It is frustrating to watch in some parts but if you came for 100% completion from Game Grumps, you're looking at the wrong channel
