In my own opinion, People wearing white (scene where they walk through SB19) portrayed those people who don't like sb19 or the bashers, but SB19 kept on going through, until the scene that everyone (those who are wearing white) came to celebrate, enjoy and love the music of SB19. Seriously I got chills in that part 💙 because i remember SB19 said that they will not stop in making music until all Filipinos will love them and their music.
This song is their story, Filipinos here always put them down but they pushed on and prevailed waving the Philippine Flag through PPOP. Basher then, fans now.
I think it's also about what was happening here in the Philippines, civilians keeps getting shot by policemen without basis (chorus trans: "don't need bullets just to raise the flag" and i think it was Pablo that says "bang!" And I don't know which member pointed a gun sign *i think it was justin) + josh' rap parts are about politicians (who are " intelligent" but wears broken lens). after the breakdance and bridge part (?) where they hang on to these bars, the back up dancers were shouting "tapusin na" (trans: end it) numerous times. + Lastly the clothings they were wearing in the second half of the song is similar to the old police/military uniform in the Philippines (basis: Heneral Luna movie) Idk that's just my observation
