Love that someone with your range of knowledge and experience with fragrances isn't afraid to put Tommy in this list. It's a classic that I can't imagine anyone not liking.
So I notice you're more into sweet fragrances and rightfully so if you're from Scotland. I live in Costa Rica so the weather here is a little warmer so I'm into fresh fragrances. My top 10 designer fragrances are: 1. Bvlgari Aqva Amara 2. Prada L'homme (mainly office wear) 3. Versace Dylan blue 4. Guerlain L'homme Ideal Cologne 5. Dunhill Icon (mainly office wear) 6. Acqua Di Gio Profumo (mainly evening wear) 7. John Varvatos Artisan Pure 8. Issey Miyake L'eau D'issey Pour Homme 9. D&G Light blue intense 10. Mont Blanc Individuel Great vid man! 😉
Dior Homme is a masterpiece of contrasts-light/dark, bitter/sweet, masculine/feminine. Probably my number one, most me, fall in love every single time fragrance. So glad to hear someone else share the passion so strongly for it.
George I appreciate you sharing your personal gems. You seem often swayed by sentimentality, moved by memories, and it all ultimately just reflects why fragrances are so near and dear to us (it’s emotional stuff). More than just a tool for a job, they’re time stamps we all uniquely identify with. That’s the fun in it. It’s videos like these that justify the love for this beautiful passion. Thanks for sharing.
@@realitycomplexitygoo I am loving it. I have a terrible memory in general, but my olfactory memory is great. Fragances have allowed me to reach out those memories that would have been lost in a haze otherwise. That's why this video and your comment resonated so strongly in me. Have a great day 😊
@@ricardojmestre Hi Ricardo. Touche! I also suffer from memory issues. Isn't that wonderful that fragrance and memory are so powerfully linked? That one can haunt the other. I'm grateful for that.

Completely drawn to your passion of fragrances and it caused me to go revisit my whole collection and smell and really think about them and the memories I've had with them. Thank you, subscribed
I tried AHS the other day for the first time in the heat of (British) summer. My oh my what a heavenly scent! I’ve had a sample of Eau Extreme for a while now which I’ve always liked but not enough to buy. But I honestly think I prefer AHS. Eau Extreme is the sweetened up version that’s trying to be even more versatile but honestly AHS is versatile enough and it just makes me happy smelling it, like a ray of sunshine! Fresh, citrusy, creamy, masculine.
It would wreck my head to do these challenges, you're a better man than me 😂 I remember the last time that I counted how many I own and I was shocked . That collection sure does build up.
I love you even more for Tommy making the list. I wish I had boxes of the vintage formula. The newer version isn’t as good and doesn’t conjure the same memories as before. It was a big part of my life for 4 years as it’s all I wore.
I love your taste and your approach to fragrances (the emotional aspect, some fragrances chosing you rather than the opposite, etc).. Keep up the good work!
Very impressed with your 10 George. Four of them would be on my own list. For the curious, there's a clone of TF Noir edp minus the civet, clary sage and caraway called Monsieur Le Prince on Fire by Marina de Bourbon. Bottle has a cool fade, but the scent is slightly heavier on the leather. Very inexpensive alternative. Love the idea that fragrances choose us btw. Very possible that we connect with the emotional energy we harbour for them in the future-present - as if part of us already knows how much they're going to mean to us. Never know. Cheers for a great video!
Love your passion for this , yes, exquisite art form. This sensory thing we enjoy just takes hold of some of us and will *not* let go!. Yep, I share the love and have done for four decades & counting.

In reference to my comment on the Jeremy video, I have been a loyal subscriber for a long time. You produce good content when you want to. At one point in time, you were my favorite reviewer. I just got sick of people using Jeremy drama to try and get views/subs. And then a group of reviewers got together on streams just to make fun of him. I've already stated that I'm not a huge fan of jeremy, but seeing someone who I've enjoyed watching for years, making videos where they are making fun of another person, is classless regardless of how cocky the person is. And you aren't the only one who is guilty of doing that. I've unsubscribed from about 6 reviewers who hopped on that train. I will say that you're the only one that I've stayed subscribed to with hopes that you'd eventually stop throwing jabs at Jeremy in your videos and start focusing on the fragrance being discussed. That's what set me off on that video. You were putting out great content, gaining subs rapidly, and then threw up another Jeremy video out of no where. It's just like, I thought we were passed this. It was an unfunny joke that the community has carried on too long. Even if it was comedically appealing, it was still carried on too long. I'm hoping none of that was taken personal and you just use what I said to produce the quality content you are capable of. You're passionate about the hobby and are talented at video production. You don't need drama videos to grow your channel. Looking forward to the rest of this season
So for the uneducated, what is the difference between Allure Homme & Allure Homme eau extreme? I just have the latter so why do you prefer Allure Homme? Why do you think that it is better? (I am in no way saying that you are wrong I just want to know your opinion.) Great video George, thank you.
One question my friend: What is your most complimented green fragrance by women ? Looking for something that's not dark, but lasts Thanks again for a fantastic video 👍
Maybe Encre Noir Sport , but try it out before buy but for the price , quality is of the roof . Smell is somewhat dirty I would say like hard base for someone who likes freshness of aquatic scent but not the one that transport you to the sea but rather to the woods, a magic one with grapefruit tree by the green cold lake . Don't let it Noir in the name fool you , vetiver in composition is more on the bright side , also more biter feeling than sweet or citrus so unique factor also there . It is not offensive , projects like crazy first 2 hours , for the rest of the time moderate projection , skin scent after 7 hours , very good dry down also .
I use my Ultra Zest once in a while, cannot use it up, I have the trifectia of dior , homme, homme intence and parfum, thanks for the video. Alpha Mike Foxtrot, out.
just for the record, TF Noir in the video is EDP - EDT version has a white/transparent bottle

So for the uneducated, what is the difference between Allure Homme & Allure Homme eau extreme? I just have the latter so why do you prefer Allure Homme? Why do you think that it is better? (I am in no way saying that you are wrong I just want to know your opinion.) Great video George, thank you.
Great channel. Great reviews. Keep it up.
You may find yourself
with a collection of 200 fragrances,
and you may ask yourself,
_“My God! What have I done?”_
Great taste bro i trust your nose. Awesome content these days keep up the good work.
Respect. Though i only like number 1 and 2 from the list
I think that I am going to have to blind buy a few of these especially UOMO by SF. Cheers George 👍
For you it should have definitely been easy! Five Hugo Boss and Five Nautica! Easy enough!
Very nice top 10 designers selection!
And I agree, it's so hard to choose just 10
Great video, keep up the great work
Would the list look the same today?
One question my friend: What is your most complimented green fragrance by women ? Looking for something that's not dark, but lasts
Thanks again for a fantastic video 👍
Awesome Job! 👍
I use my Ultra Zest once in a while, cannot use it up, I have the trifectia of dior , homme, homme intence and parfum, thanks for the video. Alpha Mike Foxtrot, out.
