This was great! How do I fix a rotted door hole? In the same area, should I use a piece of plywood to fix it?

I would probably cut out the rotten part and put in a same thickness piece of wood. That part of door is usually made of hardwood.

@JonnyDIY yes I have 1 well 2, actually I plan on doing this Saturday unfortunately my first attempt the saw was ball rooming around my door but nothing a lil sandpaper and primer can't fix
