LOVEEEEE this look on you, Kelsey! I hate I couldn't make it to Atlanta today for the meet and greet. I got y'all next time!!!! hahaha. And Chestnut is my absolute FAVORITE lipliner by Mac. I love it so much. Great tutorial! xoxo
Absolutely flawless! I was thinking that maybe your foundation was too dark for your complexion but after you applied your highlight and blended everything together, the finished product was absolutely gorgeous... I think when you use the darker foundation and then apply your concealer and highlight, it winds up adding more depth and dimension to your face.. Bravo!! You ladies are hands down my favorite UA-camrs!!
Soooo beautiful ! And I love that blush on you ! It's amazing how everything comes together so beautifully . I want to try that NYC liner you make it look so easy lol .
Oh wow, that is GORGEOUS! It's literally the best tutorial I've seen thus far and I've viewed hundreds! I love the way you achieved your look WITHOUT a thousand layers of crap! lol
When she first applied MUFE foundation it was way to dark... However the finish touch was breath taking.. Did you guys order more MUG eyeshadows? If so can you do another video?? please!!!
Gorgeous As Alwaysss.😍 I Am a Younger Video And You Guys Inspired Me To Go Natural And Transition,Which I Did. Since I'm Am Quite Younger I'm Not Into All Of The Make Up Yet So Could You Try To Do More With Hair And Fashion . Best Wishes To You Guys Both . Thankss.
Kendra, pls if u guys u can explain the difference between brushes. Example: explain what kind of a brush is suitable for contouring. Does it have to be angle....
my favorite part about the look is the lip color. i know there is always so much attention given to the eyes in terms of makeup. it is true generally when it is done right the eye makeup is usually the best. i just wasn't crazy about your white and black look. it looks good overall. it is NOT everyday wear. this is more special occasion or evening or date night or party stuff like that. this is somewhat of a GLAM look is what i call it. i don't know beauty definition terms i am not educated. i don't even wear makeup. i have a million problems so i don't focus so much attention on my looks. i am so angry with the world. not that you need to know about me and my issues. anyways your so lucky that you are twins who have similar interests and work together as business partners. but i am kind of ignoring and jumping off to a different topic when i started initially talking about your makeup look you gave advice on. i guess with the youtube shows for the beauty gurus your job is to create new ideas or show us new tricks that other people aren't necessarily only doing. to show the trends but adding your own twist to it your flavor. so anyways the thing with african skin overall is that as any skin you can wear any color. but you know it is like i feel that with dark skin there is less selection that will look good on us. let us not lie about eye color and hair color we really can't do as many shades as other people. yes black girls can do a red or blonde or brown look but it always has to be super dark so if we were to do brown it would have to be a darker shade. where as a white person could do all the natural shades of the hair colors that people could be born with. anyways so it kind of reminds of a winter look as well. we are in summer. not to say there is a rule on what to wear for the season. again i don't care about trends i just do what i like. now you all like to follow fashion rules. you understand fashion so that is just what you know how to do and what you learn about. i notice you all do the smokey type stuff and you will make sure that the dark colors are noticeable for example the purple or the greys or the black you will make sure it is part of the smokey eye effect look. for some reason that is a trend. the weird thing is that i never see people with done up eyes. it is usually simple and easy type look it doesn't look like people put effort when you see everyday people or at school or work. they put effort to the look but it is always looks effortless. you all look like you put some time and study into your makeup selection. you definitely show a wide variety of options for others to try. now me personally to when and if i get to the direction of my looks who knows if that will ever happen. but it is nice to see other people value thier appearance and make videos to entertain or teach people who to improve their own appearance. even if people like me just watch.i don't live in an urban area so i don't have that experience in those demographics. but from the times i was in big cities mall i always see people be more dressier and fancier or more trendier when i go to very urban areas. the way you all look in terms of makeup is definitely a bit thick on the layers. it is not a bad thing. it is just something i don't see frequently even with white people so other races as a whole pick very soft colors that are not noticeable. a theme i see with you all everyone on youtube who is a beauty video maker trainer is that you all have BOLD looks overall. something a little different. i know you do that to gain an audience and a following to show to entertain people. it is just something i noticed about beauty bloggers in general online. things you see in the magazine for instance stuff people won't wear but they will show it on the RUNWAY for the worlds most expensive fashion show. this look that i am commenting or making a post on is very wearable. so i am not trying to talk about that. i am just making a reference to an idea or something i noticed about watching alot of youtube videos. you might be confused if this is a compliment or an insult or that this message is too long and boring or you don't understand what i am trying to say that i might be confusing to you or you think it si disorganized or you think that i am going off topic about a comparison of the twins videos to other beauty vloggers in general. i just like to put my feelings out i am so alone so i need something to keep my mind occupied.
Are you and Kendra going to try out the Ben Nye powder in place of the Nars translucent powder in a vid soon? And does the smashbox powder transfer easily because I'm having a hard time finding a powder that doesn't transfer? Lastly right before you pointed out your brows I said well they are certainly getting comfortable and being "normal" people with those brows bc God knows we can't be on point all the time

Kelsey, you and Kendra should make a video of you guys doing eachother makeup. Just saying :)
Why does your foundation look really orange and dark at first ? At the end it looks good. Is that some oxidizing magic?
What color is on your nails???
Ggghhhbb
Question even if you wet the brush the color pop shadow wouldn't show up pigmented?
The ColourPop Shadows already have a wet consistency. So it wouldn't have been necessary.
What brush do you use to blend out the paint pot?
