    Thanks a lot for a detailed but short (relatively) video explaining how to use the new scoring system.

    Amazing video! It helped a ton. I was wondering if you could give any tips for an early player learning the equipment system, should I keep some pieces that look bad? What gear can be used for what? How picky should I be with my equipment? How and what ways can I get a lot of gear and how can I improve my knowledge on the gear system? I have a lot of questions sorry

      Happy New Year! You should never upgrade any gear below level 75. The game gives you several level 75 sets to get you started. There is a level 80 set in Episode 3 to buy in the AP shop. There are also level 75 sets in Great Farche Labyrinth, Nixied's Sanctum and Malcus's Consciousness. You will get some level 80 equipment in Royal Capital Azmakalis. There is a level 88 lifesteal set in Abyss. Initial clear of Azmakalis of Cycle will get you some level 88 gear. Doing this raid every month will get you 1-2 level 88 pieces from the shop every month and it's the best gear you can get. After all of that is done, then most of your gear will come from hunts or rift.
      I am fairly selective when choosing equipment. I only like to upgrade gear that meets the minimum equipment score and has 3 good stats that go together. I don't like to upgrade gear with more than 1 flat stat, other than speed. I also don't upgrade any ring, neck, or boots with a flat main stat except speed boots. For most soulweavers and knights, you will want a combination of HP/DEF/ER/Spd on every piece. You can't get DEF on a weapon, so ATK or EFF is okay. The same for the neck and ring. For example, a good weapon would be HP/SPD/ER/EFF. A good helm or chest would be HP/DEF/SPD and ER or EFF. For neck or ring I use HP% or DEF% main stat and I mostly only use SPD main stat boots. Some heroes can use HP% or DEF% main stat boots if you want them to be below 200 speed and more bulky.
      Attackers are a little more complicated. For a fast attacker with ATK based damage, you'll want ATK, CR, SPD on every piece. You can't get ATK on the chest, so you'll want CR/CD/SPD. The other subs can be other percent stats, but you want most of your rolls to go into ATK/CR/SPD. If you want to use an off set other than CR, then you need 10+ CR on every piece. With speed set and speed boots, with +4 speed on every piece you'll get to about 200 speed. You'll need 1 roll into speed on every piece to get to 220+, 2 rolls into speed to get 240+. Most HP or DEF based attackers are slower around 180-220 so you'll want a combination of HP/DEF/CR/CD/SPD. If you're not getting much speed on your pieces, then speed boots. If you're getting a lot of speed on your other pieces, then you can use HP or DEF boots. It's more about hitting your stat goals then each individual piece.

    Great vids! Have you thought about making a progress roadmap video? I just started playing and I am building a Wyvern team but a detailed guide on what to do in order would be awesome. Keep up the good work, thanks.

      Hi Josh, I'm glad you liked this vid! Do you think a roadmap series would be helpful? A lot of events and things available to new players disappear after you complete them so I would have to create a new account. It would be pretty fun going through the game again. What kinds of things are important to you?

    • @swift3774
      @swift3774 Рік тому +1

      @@AmazinglyAverage Yeah that would be awesome. Basically my understanding is the Wyvern is very important because the sets you get are used the most. So right now I’m just building my team for W13 up. I’m spending energy on whatever I can to beef up my team like spirit altar/catalyst farming to awaken/skill enhance my team. I’ve gone as far as I can go in Adventure mode. Finished unrecorded history. I don’t really want to use leifs until I can farm W13. I’ve done as much as possible on the adventure paths. I have 4 sets that should be enough for me to farm for better gear. From login bonuses i got a great HP set for A.Momo to tank and an ATK set for my Sigret. Adventure path gave me a SPD set and ATK set for my furious and Muwi. So that’s where I’m at now just upgrading that gear to +15 and farming UH for catalysts. Just wondering if I am doing what I need to to progress and what my goals should be. How I should be spending my energy each day. That sort of stuff. I just want to clear PVE content and build characters. Thanks!

      @@swift3774 Here is a guide to my daily routine that might help. It's not exactly geared toward newer players but you might find an odd pearl. ua-cam.com/video/CRxOc1VBu1g/v-deo.html
      New players have to make a choice on which hunt to focus on and it sounds like you've decided on wyvern already. The main DPS and tank have to be 6* and the support can get by with 5* to start. Level up your heroes and awaken them. SC Alexa is a little easier to build than Sigret because you don't need molagora, but it takes more runes. Otherwise you're doing it right.
      E7 is all about building upon yesterday to make yourself stronger today. Do what you can do and don't worry about saving energy or leifs. If you can progress then progress, but be smart about it. Spirit alter is a waste unless it's a buff day and we have one coming up. Go as far as you can in the story mode until you hit a wall. Try Abyss every day or purify it. Use your labyrinth tokens and don't let them max out. Make sure to at least do enough arena to get to hell NPC battles and kill them every day. Getting higher in arena will give you more skystones. There are a lot of objectives going on at the same time, but you can do it!

      @@AmazinglyAverage To hijack this thread for a second, I would be interested in a video that goes over what kind of gear players in the mid-game should be looking. Players who have their hunt and raid teams mostly established, but don't yet have a footing in other types of gear (especially PvP focused gear).
      Most of these gear guide videos are catered towards newer players but are always in the setting of late-game players looking for upgrades. But early to mid game players who are just stepping into brand new gear sets may not need to get 3-4 rolls on speed every single time to make a new set usable and to start enabling a new character build. Knowing what is acceptable in such situations is a topic I would be interested in, at least.

      @AmazinglyAverage  Рік тому

      @@xLOKIx0830 This is an interesting topic, thank you for the suggestion! We can definitely cover this in more detail. What level are you playing in arena right now? I would consider mid game around Challenger V. You would need better gear to climb higher to Champion and hold it.

    How do you get Straze's Memory imprint already SSS?

    • @AmazinglyAverage
      @AmazinglyAverage  Рік тому

      Straze, Belian, Archdemon Mercedes, and Zio imprints are in the transmit shop for 10 gold stones each. I typically earn 100 gold stones every 30-45 days so you should be able to SSS these heroes easily. You have to sacrifice the moonlight summons for a little while though.

    how do you get so many charms?

    • @AmazinglyAverage
      @AmazinglyAverage  Рік тому +3

      Completing Regular events gives them every day. Level 5 hunt pet has a 11% chance to drop a lesser charm. The weekly reputation gives 1 greater charm. You can get 40 greater charms per week in the Alchemist's Steeple. Automation Tower drops 10 and most of them are epic. Every side story has 8 greater charms. The Labyrinth Shop is a good resource for accessory charms if you're doing raids every week. You can visit Huche once a day to buy charms as well.
      You get 1 epic artifact charm from every hell raid boss. You can also buy 4 a week in the Transmit Shop. Artifact charms are nearly unlimited in the Guild Shop if you're farming brave crests with your guild.

    • @AmazinglyAverage

      @King Daggz I'm doing sidestory today on the exp buff day. I noticed that I'm getting about 7 charms every 10 runs. It takes about 100 runs to complete each sidestory and you should average about 70 lesser charms every two weeks.
