I have been struggling so hard to find my "why", my motivation. I get the schedule set for an incredible week of production, planning to kill it in the gym and at work. (I can plan the HELL out of a productive week!) Then, I can't get out of bed. The self doubt talk creeps in. I have heard the messages in this video before but I needed to hear this today - right now. Isolation. Grind in silence. Compete with only the me I was yesterday. Change does not take place unless it is uncomfortable.......time to get uncomfortable.

Actually like the motivational talk. What I hate is the title and thumbnail, I shutter thinking of young people thinking ghosting people or being alone equals success. In my view life is about people, success is meaningless if not impossible alone. Sure there's time's where you will be alone and it can be good but it's not the full picture.
