I don’t know a lot about the topic but I can answer that. When u have anxiety and in social situations your brain is constantly thinking of what could happen or what people think of you and in doing so it activates the fight of flight instinct that all living things have. That could explain the scared feeling you are feeling.
It’s pretty scary for me, I feel slightly dizzy and I get extremely nervous over the smallest things. It’s such a horrible feeling for me, I get nervous, my hands shake, my legs feel wobbly, and it’s harder for me to breathe. I feels like there’s something stuck in the bottom of my throat. Overall it’s pretty scary for me. Have a nice day to whoever read this :)
I'm really confused right now about how I felt ,at first I was only sighing a lot but suddenly it felt like there was not enough air and ig everything you have written above but idk if its really not me overdoing or something, after ig 5min or so I felt a lot more normal and I don't have any clue what just happened...Also I also felt immense energy inside me but I didn't know how to take it out so I started biting my finger a little ....I'm so lost right now about what hapenned ..can someone please clear it for me..
I feel crying and shortness of breath and feels like there is so much heat is realising from my body and dryness on lips , mouth , throat and throat feels heavy Can I say this is anxiety?
Anxiety was a LOT harder to deal with when I didn't know I had it. Culturally, we think of anxiety as "I'm a bit nervous"; nobody tells us that it can make you feel like you're going insane.
thank you for writing this. It is so hard to deal with, cause I do feel like I am going insane...to see other people have that thought some times makes me feel less alone.
@@carolwhelihan1514 definitely not alone. I felt so much relief when my therapist said this is normal you're not alone this too shall pass and you'll get through it
Thanks alot for writing this, before now I actually thought I was going jnsane until I saw this and realised the antipsychotic drugs I'm currently on has caused anxiety, and that's what's been making me feel this way♥️♥️♥️♥️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
@@carolwhelihan1514 I need some pep talk did you ever feel like your head is cloudy and vision seems staticky?? I feel like I’m going insane and I can’t shake the feeling I’ve been waking up feeling like this for a week...
I haven’t been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, but I get the sinking feeling. My chest tightens up and feel like I need to take deep breaths. I feel like everything in my life is great. It comes out of nowhere. The busier I am, the less often it happens. When I’m not doing anything that exercise my brain, I feel trapped like I’m in prison. I was prescribed .5mg Xanax to use as needed and it seems to work after about 15 minutes. I hate it and don’t understand it.
Thank you so much. Feeling anxious and I feel tightness in my chest especially. I thought I had COVID (despite being a hermit and never leaving my house) due to my chest tightness and pain, but it was anxiety. Hearing you calmly talk about anxiety and the scientific cause, it helped calm me. Knowledge is power.
Have anyone feels like dying or hoing to die soon, fear and scary thought. I can basically say like death anxiety anx treid, week, chest tights, nervous, can't sleep at night like i can sometimea barely grt 2,3 hours of sleep. Like im just so tried i want to die but i don't want,to cuz im too young and i have so many dreams. Oh god help me. Im 17/girl

I have panic disorder, and found out when I unexpectedly had a very scary panic attack over chest pain. I thought I had a heart attack. I had intense fears about the future and what would happen tomorrow. Good thing is that I can reduce it by calming down and control my breathing.
My anxiety makes me dissociated with my surroundings, I don't respond to name call as quickly as usual. I just roam around aimlessly and hopelessly like a ghost. I just sit down sometimes and just think soo much that sometimes I forget what was initially causing my anxiety in the first place. It feels like I've gone blind for a good while, even though I think it feels like my mind has just gone blank and is empty. Its not fun lmao.

My scariest symptom is I tend to feel light headed or like my mind and body aren’t attached almost like day dreaming kind of. It triggers my anxiety to become worse.
One day, I grabbed my guitar. I love playing guitar. I thought this will shift my focus. However, it felt like I was looking over someone else’s shoulder. Almost like an out of body experience.
The hard part about anxiety for me is being able to relax after a situation. I still feel uneasy.. for no reason. It’s like I’m waiting for something bad to happen.
@@samotr7713 much better actually. It’s too much energy to focus on possible things. I got to the point where if it happens it happens. Also I realized a lot of the things I’m positive will happen…. Never actually happen. In other words my predictions are always wrong. Finally I put my self in my partner and family’s shoes. It’s exhausting to constantly reassure someone that everything will be ok. Everyone has to take care of their own mental health … and I can’t continually burden them. So eff it, just live life.
@@FlowerGrl20 Oh mann, i have anxiety too but i dont want it to stay with me for a long time, i skipped training 6 times because i felt nauseous. I heard that some people can have anxiety for years and thats what scares me
@@samotr7713 maybe if you just stop caring that will help. Also, my spouse told me how unattractive it is. And yeah it’s unattractive to be an anxious woman all the time.
Anxiety sucks so bad I feel like I’m going to die at times. But I’m learning how to control it. I panic a lot and I feel in my head as if I was going to get a Seizure. My chest tightens up a lot
Hello. How are you? I hope you're getting better. Been experiencing symptoms of anxiety, but still worried that something is really wrong in my body. I rushed myself to the hospital last week coz I was so afraid that it might be heart attack. Wasn't admitted coz my vitals are normal. Now, i'm having muscle pain, (neck pain , back pain, shoulder pain ) and sometimes I do palpitate. I really don't know what's happening. Can't afford to go back to the hospital again.
I get a heavy head, a feeling as if my mind is having some sort of power surge, the simple task of needing to do housework feels too overwhelming to even contemplate and then I go over everything, I need to do housework but then the apartment is not clean enough, I have no money to get anything so I don’t see the point in going out, I then think of, “what is the point in trying, no one likes me, my friends don’t talk to me so I have no one here, what if this hat if that” and then I get stomach cramps, bloating as a result of constant anxiety. (That probably didn’t make sense but that’s how anxiety goes for me)
depression and anxiety absoluetly finishes me off all the time, i have to deal with it daily. the anxiety gets so bad that i almost throw up a lot, i can't eat, and my entire body feels like it has worms inside it. i also have constant dp/dr and have had it severely for about 6 years, but mostly my whole life. idk what to anymore.
Yup. It’s that disconnected feeling. Then the feeling of “My god, am I having a heart attack or stroke?”. Then it’s the lightheaded feeling, followed by the racing heart rate.

I was diagnosed with severe anxiety as a kid. I had my first severe anxiety attack in 7th grade. It came out of nowhere, my heart just started beating so fast, I felt dizzy and shaky, my vision was blurry, and I thought I was gonna pass out, so I started crying. I do often get other types of panic attacks. They happen almost every day. I’ll suddenly feel a sense of danger and I’ll start panicking. I get pain in my chest, and every time that happens, I think I’m gonna die. It’s truly terrifying. For years now, I’ve been afraid of sleeping. My brain just thinks I’m going to die in my sleep. Every night. This is why I stay up late. And lately, my brain has been overly cautious of poison for some reason. Like last night, I didn’t drink milk like I was going to, because it opened too easily, so my brain made me put it back. And I grabbed a bag of chips, but it opened too easily, so I did the same thing. Then grabbed another bag, but there was less air than usual. Did the same thing. It led to me nearly having a breakdown in the kitchen at 10pm. And even randomly I’ll feel like someone is going to come at me. Like for example, I could be walking in my house at night, then feel like I’m being watched from outside the window. I’ll start panicking and then run. My brother has anxiety too, and one time recently, it was night and he was going to his room from the bathroom. He suddenly felt a sense of danger for absolutely no reason. He froze, and then rushed to his room. Anxiety is not fun. It’s an every day thing I have to deal with, and so do many other people. I’ve seen people say that they have anxiety just because they get anxious time to time. Ugh
Well, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.
Of course also the last 16 months have not been a walk in the park everywhere, and more and more have anxiety now. For me it feels like I have just had a slight slip on a wet floor...and I go hot and cold.Or that I no longer can really find that happy space I once had.I sleep a lot now just to escape.I'm 67yrs old grandmother so who cares. I once use to have these wonderful moments of feeling joy, all gone now.
I’ve just got back from my second visit from urgent care cause my right arm was hurting and getting so sore, and my chest was hurting and heart pounding. But turned out to be anxiety again. I try to get off the Prozac and felt fine but it got pretty bad again
I bet that feels like shit boss, Feeling like something is really wrong and its aniexty. Shit pisses me off that my brain has control over me sometimes.
Thank you for this video, I have been having anxiety , I was feeling like I couldn’t breathe anymore, and my chest, heart ❤️ was too tight. And I had a lot of fear, living in my apartment thinking that someone was attacking me spiritually.
I don’t think there necessarily has to be danger for me to feel anxious .. like excessively. I know everyone feels anxious to a certain extent since it’s a mere emotion human beings have but mine would go overboard. Whenever there’s something troubling me even if it’s not a big deal, I’d constantly feel restless and my heart would beat very rapidly that I’m afraid it might come out of my chest. I feel like I’m short of breath and i sometimes experience chest pains. I also couldn’t keep the thoughts of it out of my head. There i begin to overthink. Just like that, one thing led to another and at the very last, i would get some panic attacks. I’m not sure if what I’m experiencing is called anxiety disorder or not but it’s so bothersome that it would get in the way of my daily life.
I hate it so much. Sometimes i will wake up in the middle of the night multiple times and get up and look around, i need to have some sort of light when i sleep just for me to be able to see when i randomly wake up. And almost every morning when im on my way to school i get these Feelings. These are just some scenarios where the anxiety is consistent, this video made me realize it, hopefully i can fix this some how.
I feel pressure on my chest, my head feels heavy, my limbs feel weak, my hands are cold, my stomach is uneasy, a lump in my throat, and I feel like I can’t get enough air. I cannot distract myself until I fix whatever I am worried about.
my favorite thing about this video is the way they talk. it helps. least favorite thing is the painting on the left the thing i hate the most is the chest tightness, and every now and then i will get slight audio hallucinations, i just hear something that isnt there. people talking that dont exist.
It’s like my conscious is talking to me.. like when somebody just says HI to me, My head starts screaming, I’m thinking “ What if they only said hi because they felt bad for me, do I look okay? I didn’t wave that much, what if they think I’m weird? No, they can’t, but what if they were thinking you were weird, no.. they wouldn’t, yes, no- stop “
My hands & feet gets cold and I get a feeling of weakness in my stomach. It was and still is very scary.. just did a consultation and I'm on a treatment for 3 weeks. I hope everything will be fine.
You will be fine 🙂. I went through this for season. It's more common than we think. You're not alone. I quit drinking and became very honest and open about what was happening to me. I got through it. You will too.
I have this same feeling in addition I feel death and my soul feels like its leaving my body. I constantly think something bad is going to happen... I dont know if I'm the only one this happens to

@@nadiaaguirre9466 eh, mine is deeper than needing some tea. It was mostly hormones and weight related and I’ve been working on losing weight and got on Testosterone replacement therapy and anxiety meds. I’m generally better atm with that protocol but my weight caused sleep apnea and poor sleep as well which contributed so I’m making lifestyle changes to get down to a normal size which should help. It’s more physical than it is mental for me

I don't have social anxiety. I am thinking more along the lines of general anxiety. Every symptom you spoke of right down to clinching my teeth multiple times a day was spot on. I get strong heart palpitations, which leads to tachypnea, which leads to feeling like I cannot get a full enough breath of air in. I CONSTANTLY feel like there is heaviness in my chest and have a headache every night. I used to think it was a cardiovascular issue, however, Every ECG I've ever had has been NSR. Can a person legit feel this anxiety and all these symptoms 90% of the day at a minimum of 5 days a week? Thank you.
I’m struggling with something similar right now. Having heart issues, like a constant pain in my left chest, along with some over all chest tightness, I always get headaches after stress. I don’t even think I have anxiety but my mother does. Haven’t spoken to the doctors about anxiety yet. Had clean blood work and ecg showed a pvc. These are apparently normal, but I’m freaking out over here thinking I have pneumonia or heart disease, or clogged arteries. I can’t figure it out :(
i have had 3 episodes for now where i was shaking and my heartbeat was pounding real fast each time for about 30-40 mins year ago i felt i had something stuck in my throat and had the worst chest pain and let me tell you it was the worse feeling ever that lasted for months don’t want anybody to go through this

I started having anxiety attacks around 3 or 4 months after corona started. The news pounding all this into our heads and I was shot 7 times in Afghanistan which I thought I was dealing with but then the scale just tipped and yea it sucks because I can’t help it
i feel out of breath, and always feel my heart pounding, sometimes it aches. Went to the doctor, for being sure took out ECG and everything is normal. It feels like nothing is normal.
My anxiety right now IS BAD, I don’t feel here I don’t feel real, my vision is blurry can hardly see, getting scared I’m gonna die, getting scared cuz I feel like time goes WAY WAYY to fast, feeling like I’m gonna die, crying, almost threw up, and my heart was pounding and basically all of it, I HATE DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY, the last few months I haven’t been happy AT ALL, feels like I have anxiety everyday ALL DAY 😭😭 I hate this so much
Feel the same way .. I’m good during the day but at night when I’m getting ready to lay down I get that feeling can’t sleep or nothing it’s like my mind don’t stop
I have something like that but i dont know why. Its always kind of same. I dont have any tension and dont have any fear still it happens. After eating food i sometimes feel uneasy and i start to give more attention on me i feel everything is boring and there is no point in doing anything and why i am living. i feel nauseated and have headache and stiffness in neck and chest. I am having gastrointestinal problems for a year now and i think my stomach is triggering anxiety in some way. There is one thing which i am experiencing that i am forgetting English spelling's more often, may not be related to all this but just told.
I am again having it today from morning and its very frustrating, i am feeling very hopeless and having existential crisis, are you ok now, and if something works for you please tell me.

as of now i’ve been having constant panic attacks the past few days and i’ve felt sick i haven’t been able to eat i don’t know if i’m sick and my anxiety just makes it worse or if it’s just my anxiety causing me to be sick
My parents either ignore me/ downplay it or they always tell me how my life is easy and simple, that I have nothing to be anxious about and that other people have it worse than me and I am unappreciative. (For a fact I do appreciate that my life isn’t an all out level of horribleness) but anxiety makes it that much harder to appreciate what I do have. But you wanna know what the saddest part about this is, my mother is working towards becoming a psychologist and a one for children at that. So please hear me when I say this for any non believers here… anxiety is a real thing. It’s not made up and MANY people deal with it. You just don’t catch it most often bc the world naturally conditions us to ignore it, push it down and continue on, not understanding that avoiding it is only going to cause even greater pain and give it more room to become a serious restriction in people’s lives.
normally when i get anxious i feel nauseous, lightheaded, like i can’t fully take a deep breath, my legs feel wobbly and my stomach feels heavy like a swallowed a rock or smth. sometimes tho when it’s really bad my face quivers and my hands cramp to fists so i can’t move them and get pins and needles and sharp pains in my arms. i haven’t asked my doctor about it yet but i want to soon and hope they can give me smth that helps not feel this way cuz it sucks. hope this helps someone who’s feeling the same way

Talk about anxiety, I started sweating reading these comments!! Like do I have it? I do that too! Whoa wtf is going on. ***lights blunt ….this should hold it off for a while.
I feel like I am in danger of getting judged by people especially by my family because of my insecurities and it was really hard for me to overcome this feeling (anxiety) not knowing that it was an issue. I thought it only happenes with me. When ever I was alone or free, I just automatically begin to think about the insecurities of my life and how they affected me in the past and even about the future possible results of these insecurities which made me feel so sick and tired. I just felt the need to die! My mind was fully occupied and I felt like I was being mentally tortured and there was no escape. I thought it was a feeling that people only feel ahen they are alone or free. It made so stressful it was super difficult to tackle. It made me scared of almost all my interactions with living things. When ever or where ever anxiety attacks I feel so pale talking to people and it causes so much mental stress.

I had a fall, next day I felt completely fine then started throwing up and as soon as I was going to leave work I felt insane anxiety like I've never felt..light sensitivity, overwhelmed, panic attack then I woke up on the floor from a seizure and was sent to the ER
Bruu yes. And do you also feel it more when you’re standing up and when you sit down or lay down you feel it less?? Please tell me I’m not the only one
I get super anxious whenever I think about playing videos games that require me to fight or get things right in a certain amount of time. The feeling of impending doom of something bad happening if I don't get something right scares the hell out of me. So, I psyche myself out and wind up not playing the game which turns into a vIcious cycle.

I constantly feel like My surroundings are moving. As If I was on a boat and I could feel small vanes. It’s starting to freak me out. would this be anxiety?
One issue with all the information that's available on the Internet is that people are likely to seek medical help only when they've found that their problem persists, and in particularly when they're suffering an acute episode. So what then? We know that a benzodiazepine would very likely provide rapid relief from the symptoms, perhaps within half an hour, but many doctors now take the view that they either won't prescribe these at all, or won't prescribe them on a first consultation, instead proposing things like SSRIs and/or CBT, which will take weeks to months to have any effect. The refusal to prescribe them at all particularly annoys me, because it amounts to making a decision about the appropriate treatment for a patient before the patient has even been examined. Yes, these drugs can be habit forming (though not for everyone), and the doctor seeing a patient for the first time does not really know whether they're just being fed a story by someone who is drug-seeking, but the approach to this risk seems to have shifted towards protecting people from themselves, rather than providing relief to people in genuine need. In any case, even a drug-seeking patient could be someone who's been engaging in self-medicating in response to a failure by the medical profession to provide a solution. This looks like a vicious circle for some people. My own experience with anxiety started long before regulatory attitudes changed (in Australia now, even GPs are not trusted to make judgements about longer-term use of some benzodiazepines). But I'm horrified by the idea that someone in the position I was in twenty years ago would be offered no short-term solution, and somehow expected to function for as long as it would take for an SSRI or CBT to work, if they ever did. Had that been the situation I'd faced, I think it's entirely possible that I'd no longer be around. I also cannot imagine trying to engage in CBT while climbing the wall in perpetual panic.
Girl! I feel you. I was diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder 10 years ago. 10 years of SSRI’s and beta blockers. Recently had a 3 week episode (I can’t eat when it’s bad and If I do eat I will be sick) and a new doctor put me on diazepam. It’s like someone flipped a switch and within an hour or felt like myself. Why has it taken 10 years for them to offer this? They’ve since put me on a small monthly prescription of it!
I’ve been having little heart pains for a few months, I went to the doc, they said I had a PCg or pcv and now I’m wearing a monitor and have had so many consistent heart ache and my mother thinks it’s anxiety, I’m not sure what to think. My blood work was all good. What if I’m only experiencing the heart issues from being subliminally stressed, is this possible. I did experience a hefty heart attack like panic attack since I’ve been on the monitor. Anyone have any input??
Did you get vitamin D, magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium checked? Also, omega 3's, Co-Q10 and vitamin b's are good for heart and nervous system. I would check with your Dr and start with small/normal dose.
Idk why but if someone walks in normal speed sometimes I get scared and my heart beats quickly and I get nervous for no reason. This happens only sometimes
For me what i did to fight this problem , is that i just keep it in mind that having this problem makes me the most smart and intelligent person in the world ,because im overthinker 😅🤣 whenever i feel i just use to learn something read articles and all. It works guys try it!

I don’t know a lot about the topic but I can answer that. When u have anxiety and in social situations your brain is constantly thinking of what could happen or what people think of you and in doing so it activates the fight of flight instinct that all living things have. That could explain the scared feeling you are feeling.
I get chills and I start crying and shaking really bad like not normal
I feel like I can’t breath
You’re not alone! I focus on my breathing. “Air goes in easy and comes out easy” is what I tell myself. Also, I talk about it so I don’t feel alone.
I feel crying and shortness of breath and feels like there is so much heat is realising from my body and dryness on lips , mouth , throat and throat feels heavy
Can I say this is anxiety?
Quite literally the same feelings for me everyday, some days I have nothing then out of nowhere I get all of those
Your not alone jelly, I feel that same exact way
Anxiety was a LOT harder to deal with when I didn't know I had it. Culturally, we think of anxiety as "I'm a bit nervous"; nobody tells us that it can make you feel like you're going insane.
thank you for writing this. It is so hard to deal with, cause I do feel like I am going insane...to see other people have that thought some times makes me feel less alone.

I know you truly meant that
I haven’t been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, but I get the sinking feeling.
This is the true curse of it all. It ruins your days off where you’re supposed to relax and recharge :(
Thanks for letting me know that I’m not actually dying, but rather only suffering from anxiety.
I'm literally just going through this the first time in my life as of 4 days ago and I thought i was having heart problems! Glad im not alone

Hey, did you ever overcome this because I have been struggling with this exactly for a while now.
@@jasonw165 exactly. It’s the weirdest and scariest experience.

The hard part about anxiety for me is being able to relax after a situation. I still feel uneasy.. for no reason.
It’s like I’m waiting for something bad to happen.
its been 6 months now, how’s your anxiety? is it gone?
@@samotr7713 much better actually.
It’s too much energy to focus on possible things. I got to the point where if it happens it happens. Also I realized a lot of the things I’m positive will happen…. Never actually happen. In other words my predictions are always wrong.
Finally I put my self in my partner and family’s shoes. It’s exhausting to constantly reassure someone that everything will be ok. Everyone has to take care of their own mental health … and I can’t continually burden them.
So eff it, just live life.

Exactly how im feeling. Thank you. I went to the Hospital 3 times this week because I thought my heart was giving out and I was normal the entire time
Can't afford to go back to the hospital again.

wow me too i been 4 times since last month snh its making me go insane im paranoid all the time and now im extremely emotional
Me too like word for word
I get a heavy head, a feeling as if my mind is having some sort of power surge, the simple task of needing to do housework feels too overwhelming to even contemplate and then I go over everything, I need to do housework but then the apartment is not clean enough, I have no money to get anything so I don’t see the point in going out, I then think of, “what is the point in trying, no one likes me, my friends don’t talk to me so I have no one here, what if this hat if that” and then I get stomach cramps, bloating as a result of constant anxiety. (That probably didn’t make sense but that’s how anxiety goes for me)
😭😭😭

depression and anxiety absoluetly finishes me off all the time, i have to deal with it daily. the anxiety gets so bad that i almost throw up a lot, i can't eat, and my entire body feels like it has worms inside it. i also have constant dp/dr and have had it severely for about 6 years, but mostly my whole life. idk what to anymore.

Ugh
Hope you feel better. Take lots of natural stuff. Passionflower tea helps a lot helps you sleep well. Sending you 💕.
@@nadiaaguirre9466 thank you :)
Take care
Anxiety feels like a huge weight put on your chest for me especially when I'm in public situation
I feel pressure on my chest, my head feels heavy, my limbs feel weak, my hands are cold, my stomach is uneasy, a lump in my throat, and I feel like I can’t get enough air. I cannot distract myself until I fix whatever I am worried about.
Omg spot on
my favorite thing about this video is the way they talk. it helps.
least favorite thing is the painting on the left
the thing i hate the most is the chest tightness, and every now and then i will get slight audio hallucinations, i just hear something that isnt there. people talking that dont exist.

This helped me so much, I had no idea what the hell is happening. At least it's just anxiety. I wish you all the best.
You just don’t catch it most often bc the world naturally conditions us to ignore it, push it down and continue on, not understanding that avoiding it is only going to cause even greater pain and give it more room to become a serious restriction in people’s lives.
normally when i get anxious i feel nauseous, lightheaded, like i can’t fully take a deep breath, my legs feel wobbly and my stomach feels heavy like a swallowed a rock or smth. sometimes tho when it’s really bad my face quivers and my hands cramp to fists so i can’t move them and get pins and needles and sharp pains in my arms. i haven’t asked my doctor about it yet but i want to soon and hope they can give me smth that helps not feel this way cuz it sucks. hope this helps someone who’s feeling the same way
Health anxiety SUCCKKSSSS!!!! I always think something is wrong with my heart!!!! the littlest twinge or weird sensation in my upper stomach and i think my liver or stomach is failing or my heart is giving out on me. ugh, sending love to everyone with health anxiety!!!!!!! its always something!!! fml lol, im always thinking the worst!!!!

I get all of those symptoms from anxiety but I just don't understand it nothing can be worrying me I could be trying to relax but it's still there 24/7
You can't relax or mediate your way out of anxiety. It is a systemic disorder, so it will be there until it's gone. Check out The Linden Method and you'll understand why you're anxious - it's nothing to do with your thinking.
I feel the same. Thank you!
Same
I have covid and that's exactly how I feel because my anxiety is elevated
My anxiety gone when I saw Dr. Mac Mahon smile...
Please someone help me 😔 I have severe anxiety and im currently having one now.. I can't stop it and im so embarrassed by it. My stomach hurts, im numb, irregular heartbeat, dizzy, shaking so bad. 😭 im so tough but im so weak right now. Face so numb....
Did this video trigger anyone else, like everything got heightened when she was saying the symptoms
Yo bro im 21 years old i work do good things i play video games but i “still live with mommy” and outta know where i get an anxiety attack bro i went and slept right at the end of my moms bed and it actually made me feel better just waking her and talking to her tells me just to relax
This makes so much sense
I had a fall, next day I felt completely fine then started throwing up and as soon as I was going to leave work I felt insane anxiety like I've never felt..light sensitivity, overwhelmed, panic attack then I woke up on the floor from a seizure and was sent to the ER
It sucks, the lump in the throat is a new symptom from my anxiety. I feel like i cant breath and it just triggers it more.
I was always confused about anxiety I started hearing about in in the begging of freshman year never knew what is was or feel like
Does anyone on here get anxiety just in the morning, as soon as, I wake it rears its ugly head and slowly dissipates as the day wears on.
Bruu yes. And do you also feel it more when you’re standing up and when you sit down or lay down you feel it less?? Please tell me I’m not the only one
My hear ache for no reason. Whenever I try to rest or to calm down, it just got worst. Idk
I get super anxious whenever I think about playing videos games that require me to fight or get things right in a certain amount of time. The feeling of impending doom of something bad happening if I don't get something right scares the hell out of me. So, I psyche myself out and wind up not playing the game which turns into a vIcious cycle.
I started having anxiety when I was thinking about some one who pass away 😔 😥

That’ll be mixed with grief too, perfectly healthy response but life is short you need to enjoy every-single minute, everyone deserves this.
My family don't get it they keep saying "you scared that people gonna look st you" when I don't wanna go places without my mother
Thank you I really needed to hear this! I had my first anxiety attack last night. And it felt like I was on an edible. It was a horrible experience. Everything you said is so true.

Finally someone I can relate to. I had an investigator at work call me over false allegations. Ever since I have been getting anxiety attacks periodically out of no where. When I get them my brain makes me feel like I’m sky high and that feeling causes me to have a higher heart rate and I panic

Everytime i feel like my head is aching i always think that i might be having a migraine again soon or everytime i feel something different with my body i always think that there’s something wrong with my health. It’s very hard dealing with it. :(
The hardest part for me is eating, whenever im eating i always feel nauseous

For a week now. I have been sleeping 4 hours a day, I physically cannot sleep longer and I don't know why, everything is extremely loud to me, the sound of foot steps in another apartment are extremely clear to me, my heart has been palpitating on and off this whole time too. I also cannot stick to any one thing, i keep forgetting what I'm doing, there's the taste of pennies in my mouth... I dont know what's happening I thought maybe anxiety but it's not this I do t think? Going to the ER now

I feel like i have to go to the bathroom and then the moment i go i still have the urge how do i stop this????
I constantly feel like My surroundings are moving. As If I was on a boat and I could feel small vanes. It’s starting to freak me out. would this be anxiety?
I get like this 24/7. So I think it’s definitely an anxiety thing.
I’m a terrible overthinker
