Can you make a video on how to deassemble it for travel? There is a travel bag and it’s supposed to be easy but I see a lot of people with the same problem. Thanks
I saw someone use pliers. Didn’t wreck it but still worked
If you are planning on buying this because it's a travel cot do yourself a favour and DONT. Theres no instructions on how to disassemble it and it's a bitch to do it ended up breaking mine while trying this.
I tried finding a way for months and the only option is to follow the steps backwards to disassemble. I got everything done except for the handle pillars that would not come out as much as I tried 😢 do not know what to do

2 buttons on the inside on the legs to release crib from the stand. No need for pliers.
THANK YOU! for anyone that doesn't follow the (Japanese) video at the link, there are two small buttons on the rear, near where the metal "swing" mechasim starts. Press those both in firmly while pulling up (a second person to help is handy). You'll need to do the same on both sides.

Hi I just got this product and I have a question. Inside the mattress there is a hard cardboard. Is it supposed to stay there or should I remove it?
Hello, Yes, the cardboard should stay in place to stabilize the mattress.

To the marketing guys (if you still exist for this company) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE dissasembling process fully! It's a bit naughty to have a system that's meant to travel friendly, but without a obvious set of instructions on how to do so.
Absolute nightmare to try and disassemble! Very very frustrating. Should be a video of how to do it.

@@nadelina4154 Hi Nadelina! Unfortunately we found that retailers in Dubai do not carry the Roomie sheet. There may be similar cot sheets on the market, but we are not aware of a specific one in the precise dimensions (the dimensions of the Roomie mattress are L84cm x W51cm x D5cm)

How does this attach to a divan bed?
Hi there! With a divan bed the Cradle Connect straps would loop underneath the bed frame, then back up over the bed frame and underneath the mattress. The Roomie and Roomie Glide have retractable feet that will allow the crib to sit flush to the bedside.

In terms of disassembly, this is the worst product I've ever purchased. If you value your sanity either a) set it up and never touch it again or b) buy something else.
