Hey Dr Khan i am unfortunately living on the other side of the world but I had mine done 10 years ago UBM and I had a complication 10 days post op on side hematoma I got rushed into emergency surgery and they removed the implant and hematoma and cleaned the capsule and inserted a fresh new implant The left side healed perfectly The right side hasn’t ever really recovered and has always sat differently and felt weird and it was higher up Now 10 years later it isn’t also a bit hard to the touch I’ve seen many many specialists in my country but they all are afraid to remove it one side and exchange it to a new one due to the fact that I have only 16% body fat (I’m a competing bikini contest) and it’s a textured teardrop shaped UBM implant Many said they could puncture my lungs by doing a capsolectomy and it wouldn’t be worth the risk The surgeon who did the surgery in the first place never really cared much about the final result I have all my documents tho but I can’t find anyone who’s willing or able to fix it I’m only 29 so I don’t want to live with this please help me
