My Sourdough Journey: Not pretty, but it tastes dang good!
Follow me through two weeks of making my first sourdough loaf. It did NOT turn out like I wanted, but I learned a lot, and I know how to fix it. Basically, I did not cook it covered for as long as I needed to. I am not sure if the Cook It All had any part in it not cooking all the way through at first, but next time, I will use a double Dutch oven or combo cooker.

What’s your bench fermentation time? Also what’s the cold fermentation time?
It seems like your starter isn’t fully developed yet and also your fermentation time.

Maybe this why my bread baking went into retirement early. Not only can I pronounce it, but can't say it. Fermentation.😂😂😂
