Timothy B Schmit is like a lone white iris contrasted by many purple Iris much like like a Van Gogh painting. His talent and voice ring true, and stands out as a timeless classic. He does not realize how much beauty he has contributed to our lives, through melody and feel-good music, what a voice!. Much love and blessings to Timothy and his family.

You've written a lovely simile. I think he has a sense of how people feel, by paying attention to the audience. In a few of his interviews, Timothy talks about the audience. This was about 2 years ago.
TBS: "Yes, because what keeps everything fresh and new is definitely the energy the audience gives back. So, especially it’s stadium shows but not specifically and not exclusively. I mean, audiences in arenas can be very powerful. There’s so much excitement and so much emotion. I see people dancing, I see people go into another world. I see people crying. It’s pretty amazing. And I am really thankful I still get to be a part of that. So, in a lot of ways, it’s still it’s exciting. And, and at, at every show I try to make sure to be wholly conscious of that, even for a few minutes and be conscious of the fact that, wow, this is still happening. You know, this is really great. I’m, I’m older now and it’s still happening, maybe bigger than ever. It’s wild and it’s, it’s really wonderful."
Timothy is, by all accounts, a special man. 💟

I love Timothy B. He is so humble and SO under-rated in the history of rock. His voice is spot on and his bass playing is the same. Plus, he's written some greatt songs, especially with Poco. I saw Poco in the mid 70's and I would say they were some of the best shows I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. I would consider him one of my influences as a musician.

I always liked Timothy B. Schmit's vocals and bass playing - he's a professional. Being relevant after this many decades speaks for itself.

“I Can See Everything “ and “Here we go Again” have always been personal favorites of mine; I wish more o his songs got incorporated into the Eagles playlist. Of course, that’s a hard lineup to break.
One of my favorite all time musicians as a person and performer.

so... back when I was in college I used to hang out with a friend in San Marcos and this guy used to show up with another guitar player who assured me he was just learning 😐... I would just sit and listen... I am a non television watcher... I didn't own a stereo... a few years later... like 10 years I see an album cover.. the Eagles... the boyo learning guitar was Glenn Frey... oye vey... I am actually still learning how.... I hope I keep learning... 🙏🏼
I think you're great señor... no worries
from the heart ❤️ every time

I love Tim's music. It always comes from the heart. It's really interesting to hear about Tim's songwriting process. I'm sixty six and when I get an inspiration for a song, it's always lyrics. When it happens, it comes in a rush. I wish I could write music. I love music so much but I'm lost when it comes to writing it. I'm a pain activist and wrote a song (lyrics only of course) about our collective pain and would love to find someone to write the music. Any ideas how to go about that?

Give Elton a ring. He knows how to put music to someone else's words. 😉

The wind is whispering that CSN is going to try once again. Will Timothy pinch hit for Crosby as he did on “Daylight Again”?
