Police raid Portland's king of graffiti after viral YouTube video

The investigation began in mid-May when law enforcement was alerted to a UA-cam-docuseries called CHAOSTOWN. The title of the episode was 'Portland is losing the graffiti war’ and features James S. Fischel, who went to great lengths to try to conceal his identity.
