A racing newbie here with so many questions. Can someone explain the different divisions to me such as Outlaw? I understand physically the difference between winged and non-winged cars, but what is the difference in how they're driven? How fast are these folks traveling? Are there age-restrictions for these races - some of the drivers look very young? Is this a permanent, year-round race track? There will probably be more questions, so thank you in advance!
So the winged cars obv have more downforce which usually means more grip but alot dirtier air running behind someone else which makes your car a little less predictable... I think some divisions have age restrictions and some are open... This track gets torn down and rebuilt, they are in an expo center that does all kind of events through out the year, rodeo, car shows, monster trucks, etc
@@WarmodeEngaged, thank you! I live about 50 miles from Port Royal race track in central PA and am looking forward to some live racing this summer. I'm also taking a NASCAR driving school at Pocono Raceway later this year.
