This is also valid for delhi people ? My father is 70 plus now and what kind of benefits we will get like inpatient if you admit in hospital more than 24 hours or outpatient services also there like test xray physicians visit? Please reply

This is a fraud. To get this card you need to apply . The form asks for adhar card and also a Family ID which is a questionable id that details the entire process. The family ID calls for Birth certificate or high school leaving certificate. How many 70year olds would keep their school leaving certificate.?. If adhar card has the DOB why is another I'd needed?

Yes, its valid for him also. Benefits are not defined separately for senior citizens till now.
