Thank you very much for your lecture but need clarification for a point, in previous lecture you explained that dosing depends on half life, after 4 half lives we need to give next dose so in case of digoxin why we're not giving it after 4 days(half life of digoxin is 24 hours)
Some drugs require constant drug levels in the blood as they are require to mentain vital function....digoxin is a drug used to treat CHF and needs steady state plasma concentration to maintain the myocardial contrctability....
