I have lost my belly, the only way is not easy.
For me, I am French so I eat bread and pasta.
May be for you it is rice.
Well I stopped starch and sugar, look up paleo diet.
No more bread, pasta, rice, only protein and vegetables.
Four weeks and you have flat belly and less big hips
